NOTHING, WE WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!! EVER .. I'm surprised this place got 2 stars .. SAD

This condo felt more like a cheap motel, no hot water, no housekeepers on site, (unless you were willing to pay a fee), on top of the cleaning fee I paid. We didnt get to swim in the pool due to the chemicals being unbalanced. DO NOT stay here!!!!!!!!!!!

All the Staff were very helpful.

One of the tenants were not very nice and snotty as we arrived. But since some are appartment type and others vacation rentals, you will get some that sell up the property and others that do not.

The room itself could have been lovely if cared for properly.

Staff was rude, hidden fees, pool out of order, dirty towels and mold on the shower curtain, suspicious stains on bedding, bugs in the kitchen.

The office was closed at 5 pm. loud construction of swimming pool. Was charged a mandatory cleaning fee of $52 at check out. Outrageous!!!

Bathroom dirty, shower curtain and liner covered with mold. Room did not appear to be cleaned before arrival. One woman Tuesday afternoon was rude beyond unacceptable.

Not a hotel, its a time share Ordered 2 beds, but only a Murphy Bed, and a couch No extra sheets,blankets, I slept on the couch with the bed cover Sticky floors Ants in the kitchen Dirty water initially out of shower Parking issues w/secu

The hotel is located in a central part of Kona on the water.

The room was across the street, not on the water. It was not very clean. There was rust on the fixtures. There was tissues crammed into the sliding glass door to keep sound out. And there is a hidden $40 room cleaning fee that wasnt mentioned on here.

We received an ocean front unit with free internet and parking included. It was located higher up and we slept with lanai open and to the sounds of ocean waves and fresh air. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I'll mention the following which actually didn't bother us, but may others with different expectations. There was no daily housekeeping or air conditioning. It's located 1.5 to 2 miles to the start of town.

1. They take a cleaning fee, which costs $42. (This is mandatory.)2. Beach is faraway from hotel.3. Public transfer is only one ride for every two hours.4. A lot of bugs.5. The curtain is broken and people can look in to my room.

The grounds where very well kept. The view was better then we expected for a partial ocean view. The shower and bath area where nice tile.

The smell when we walked in was not pleasant. The freezer smelled so bad I had to clean it with baking soda and lemons. Couldn't use it for the first 3 days. Stove couldn't use front two burners. Linens very outdated. Rug was dirty and furniture dusty.

My partial ocean view was fantastic! The grills and picnic tables by the ocean were really nice and a great place to meet other nice folks - some who were residents.

The coffee pot was dirty. That's all.
