Lots of room and the ability to wash our clothes in the hotel

This place was a scam. They charge you $25 a day for air conditioning. Does anyone turn that down? We stayed 2 days and left. We're hardly there. Then we get an add on bill of $414 dollars. That was the cleaning fee plus the air conditioning. Scam.

It was clean comfortable, and the staff was amazing. The pools the grounds. Everything was very well maintained.

The bed was good

They charge for air conditioning, only two towels they try to add an expensive cleaning charge not in the price!

Hot tub and pool till 10 pm. BBQ grills. Close to the ocean and Keahou shopping center!

The bathrooms smelled bad, I suspect the floors were dirty or stinky.

The size of the room.

The hotel did not disclose that there was a mandatory $395.17 cleaning fee when booking the hotel. They decided to disclose this after checking in.

We checked in a day late and our room wasn?t ready. I had called to notify the front desk that our flight wasn?t going to get us there until the following day so housekeeping didn?t have our room ready. They were very accommodating and quickly cleaned it

They over charged my credit card and have still not resolved the issue. They have not responded and are ghosting us.

The condo layout was really awesome. The condo definitely needs an uplift. It seems like it was not remodeled for many years.

The cleaning fee that is not included and not mentioned in any of the fine print on the booking site is a little annoying. That and it's expensive

The room was not clean when we arrived, e.g. all floors and kitchen surfaces were dirty. Moreover, wifi almost never worked, there were cockroaches in the bathroom, the furniture is overused/old, many other things were broken, hidden costs.

Spacious condo. Close to beaches and shopping.

Wifi didn't work. Reception closes at 5 pm making it very difficult to check in Many hidden fees at checkout.

Got a charged a random $230 cleaning fee at check out. Will never stay again

The staff was amazing We liked the Pool by the ocean it had an amazing view of the sunsets.

Our room was nice but the dishwasher was so smelly when i put dishes in that i almost vomited from it. I was disappointed that we had to pay extra per day if we wanted to use the air conditioning.

Greatful and appreciated the fact that they were open for business, considering we’re in a Covid19 Pandemic

They could have mentioned during booking process that pools were closed. Or website/booking apps should list all things not available at resorts due to covid19z

Convenient and very spacious

The room was nothing like The room they showed in the pictures when I booked it

The grounds were beautiful! We loved sitting by the pool watching the waves crash on the rocks!

The mattress needs replacing, other than that we were very comfortable.
