    Good staff, easy underground parking.

Filthy kitchen (stains on the side of the refrigerator), generally old and run down condition of the unit (multiple cracked floor tiles, rusty door hinges, stains on couch, etc.)

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 7-14-2023

Spacious room, multiple pools on property prevent crowding.

Trash in bin af pool smelled like it hadn¿t been taken out in a while.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was beautiful and the room was very clean.

The staff are really friendly and responsive. The grounds are beautiful.

The decor was a dated, but still nice amenities. Had a cockroach at one point. They did respond immediately, sealed the drywall and floor gap behind the fridge and did a spot treatment. It¿s a tropical island, this is maybe normal. The floors are filthy

    7Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 3-22-2021

    It was beautiful and clean.

It had a strong smell. Our condo was a very far walk from the parking area.

    10MaramelPosted on: 10-10-2019

Spacious accommodations with great bathrooms and stocked kitchenette. Location was nice with view of the golf course and water

Our specific condo was very far from the one parking lot

    Large room and pretty clean

The fitness center was small and old and only open at seven

Holua is always our first choice of places to stay in Kailua-kona. Units are very spacious and clean.

    9Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 8-9-2017

Lots of space, quiet, nice kitchen.

Long walk to room from parking structure, then up flight of steps to front door, then one flight of stairs to unload your things in living room/kitchen area. But friendly staff offered to shuttle your baggage to your building.

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 3-31-2017

It was quiet and roomy. It had 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths; full kitchen.

nothing, except some of the cabinets were seperating due to water.

    10BrendaPosted on: 4-4-2015

The resort staff were extremely polite and helpful! The property was clean and very well maintained! The 2 bedroom upgrade was awesome, especially the second floor with the incredible ocean view and huge lanai..unexpected! Good location & will stay again!

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 3-29-2015

Several swimming pools and spas. Excellent service. Beautiful gardens.

You can't park near your room. They have a complimentary bell hop with a golf cart, who should normally receive a tip for his services transporting you and your luggage.

    9Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 3-21-2015

This was an awesome place to stay. It was so nice to have 2 bedrooms with 2 and a half bathrooms a living dining room and full kitchen with high end appliances. Pool right outside our outdoor patio. It was the most absolute perfect place to stay.

    I loved everything
