Spacious, peaceful, clean, upgraded

Not the hotel...just the weather was rainy. Kona usually doesn't rain so was surprised...

Loved all the space of the two bedroom and the washer and dryer!! Bonus for long vacations!!! Location close to the manta ray night swim. Nice to have a fridge, stove/oven and more than one bathroom!

Being hit up for timeshare right after check in. But we weren’t pressured like some places do

Hotel employee was very helpful and pleasant we are always happy to see her when we are checking in

The sofa couch pull out bed mattress is worned out and uncomfortable to sleep on

The grounds were beautiful; the unit was spacious and clean. Good location and fare rates.

They ran out of tooth paste packets.

My unit was close to the parking garage

I used the toilet near the gym. When I went to wash my hands an associate was getting ready near both sinks & her bag was closer to the sink that i needed to wash my hands in, so I said excuse me. She moved it a little over to the left with attitude.

Upstairs steps to kitchen very bad kness

Our 1 bedroom was spacious, well stocked and cosmetically beautiful! The ability of the staff to find one 80 yo and a 70 something a ground floor unit was greatly appreciated!! There are many steps to climb with luggage to get to the second floor rooms.

Maids and maintenance people need to look for minor repairs that need to be made, i.e. blinds that work, sliders that glide, A/C units that cool well.

Bedding and towels were lacking and the grounds were not kept up.

Not their fault, but the tiny ant issue was tough. Bought $20 worth of traps and bait and got some relief. Needs an outside shower to rinse scuba gear.

There?s a mouse/rat in the room and ate some of our loaf of bread including the plastic bag and it was very disgusting.

covered garage parking. House keeping provided what we needed. close to town.

staff was not that knowlegable.didn't provide what we we were supposed to get at check-in. ants were on the countertop in kitchen. property was somewhat rundown. Some of the pools were not that clean.

The bedroom air conditioner did not work as well as it should have, and the ice maker did not work properly

The shower in 1 of the bathrooms didn¿t work. They offered to move us but the only condos available had smaller bathrooms so we decided to stay where we were and the 4 of us shared 1 shower but 2 bathrooms

Accomodations outstanding, plenty of room and pools/ tennis nearby.

Nice condo with1 and 1/2 baths. Beautiful grounds and very nice staff.

Clean, spacious and the ammenities were great: full kitchen, balcony, washer and dryer.

Everything but the late check in and inconsistent wi-fi.

Our room wasnt ready until 6pm instead of 4pm. The Wi-Fi didn''t work for any of our devices.
