    Pros +

    • Location was the best. Right across the Waikiki beach.
    • Location. It was in walking distance to the Waikiki Shell
    • right across the street from beach. It not a higher end hotel and is older but for the price and location is a deal. Room was clean.

    Cons -

    • Terrible room condition. Assigned the room right in front if trash can and had no window at all. I was going to deal with it since I got a good price, but then ROACHes!! I complained and the staff got us a new room but at the end there were roaches too!!!
    • 1. Parking was expensive ($25 per night) 2. A little hard to find, as there was no large sign.
    • Price was really good, so can't complain. The closet located in the bathroom, so because of the high humidity the clothes are half wet. Keep them in the suitcase.

Price and location. Location is super The entrance is facing the famous Waikiki beach, right by the Duke statue

Price was really good, so can't complain. The closet located in the bathroom, so because of the high humidity the clothes are half wet. Keep them in the suitcase.

    Location

Everything else. It merits not even one star. The air conditioning did not work. The furniture was deplorable the restroom walls dirty.

The Location is TOP! Book sea view!

The Hotel is old but well maintained.

Great AC, the room was surface clean, bed was comfy, there was some free cable, check in was easy, location was phenomenal!!

I was told the key cards sometimes don't work (something they should fix instead of admit to), the elevator was tiny, everything was super outdated and dusty, I could hear the traffic all night long with the windows closed and I felt like I over paid.

    5DaliaPosted on: 9-26-2015

I liked that the upgraded us to a ocean view room after the toilet broke in our first room. I liked that both rooms were nice and cold and the room was clean. Mattresses seemed a bit old.

I didn't like that the rooms didn't have a microwave for my leftovers and a small coffee maker ether. we also killed not one but two roaches in the bathroom. I also didn't like.the miss communication about the parking passes for the hotel.

Great ocean view WITH upgrade fees. Feet from the water.

Old and the initial room was windowless.

    Location and very accommodating

The fire alarm going off in the middle of the night. First room

this hotel was just what I was looking for, it was small I'm small also . this hotel is right in front of the beach , there is no restaurant in the hotel but if you walk around you well find over 50 with in 2 blocks the staff is great very helpful.

I did not find one bad thing wrong with this hotel , it needs a little work on some things like painting touchups , caulking , a little better AC its ok if you close the drapes . I will be back in a year an I'm staying in this hotel again .thanks .

Elevator very slow and shared with housekeeping.

The location!, beach, shopping accessibilityVariety of food places. The Hotel staff very courteous and friendly especially the front desk gentleman , they were very knowledgeable and always willing to give good advice!!

There was no free Internet service in the rooms, you had to use in lobby area. Our room was located right next to the elevator, and it was a little noisy

Close to all amenities, clean, staff friendly and helpful.

    2Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 7-27-2015

The only good thing about this hotel is the location.

The room is really small. Furnitures are old and worn out. There is only 1 window to the hallway and the door with windows that has big gaps in them for ventilation. Room is not secured at all, no sound prove. There is no micro wave or iron.

    3MichaelPosted on: 7-24-2015

Very worn out furnishings. Bathroom too small to turn around in. Walls were gross. Was like a rundown 70s motel 6.

    1DonaldPosted on: 7-23-2015

    Bathroom was nice.

the rooms were alot smaller than advertised. There was no swimming pool area. it had a really bad smell to the room.

    3Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 7-23-2015

Location, front desk and manager were efficient and understanding in resolving an issue

Standard rooms were terrible. Creepy, dark and old. We paid $50 extra a night to get a better room. After the first night we found bed bugs and I rushed out of that hotel. Nicely enough, the hotel manager, found a room at Waikiki Circle and I love it

    4Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 6-23-2015

The location was great and the staff were very friendly.

Only one small elevator that looked really old, not well maintained and somewhat dirty. The room had two single size beds with no head stands. No carpet. Air conditioner didn't work correctly. Most Light switches didn't work. No open outlets.

    5Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 6-6-2015

    Friendly staff.

Room extra small . Elevator old and way small.
