Location, staff from front desk to housekeeping. The restaurant Arden is fantastic!

A bit dated but that doesn?t take away from anything else. We would stay here over and over again!

Room was dirty, fridge was dirty, quality and smell of ac was of mildew and concerning to breathe.

The view from the room was amazing

No bell service, no room services or breakfast available on weekends, only one coffee per day, and $40 valet.

The location

There was no head board in the bed.. all the pillows were so flat and hard, the AC was not accurate/cool enough. For the price of dollars a night these things are a little inexcusable.

We loved the feeling of being welcomed as if we were home. The people who work there treated us like we were their family. The small boutique hotel has cute quirks, yet the ambience was culturally educational, the artwork in the lobby exquisite.

The location being away from the crowd of other Waikiki hotels, the free onsite parking and a lower than average resort/amenity fee.

All the front desk employees were amazing! They also have wonderful and accurate recommendations for food and coffee!

The TBD restaurant was very disappointing to say the least. I made reservations a month in advance and expected a fine dining experience. What I got instead was appetizers and no one warned me in advance that they were between chefs.

Location is super convenient. Room was very clean and no carpets in the room means the room had NO odor and was NOT stuffy. I loved the two lanais and the fresh ocean breezes. No need for AC at night!

Parking is a little tight as are the elevators, but nothing that would prevent me from staying here again.

The staff is the friendliest, everyone even the guest were so nice. I love the boutique feeling, no crowded lobby's. Very zen. felt like a spa in the lobby. rooms were very clean, had a partial view, can see the ocean. Also the location is excellent

Walking distance to Waikiki, but calm and quiet with excellent views of Diamond Head.

Parking was easy.

Did not think it was a good value for price. I assume that high up rooms have beautiful views, but ours was mostly of parking lot. We stayed for 4 nights and there was no room cleaning at all, not even fresh towels.

Location, far enough from Waikiki to avoid crowd, close enough to walk to shops and restaurants. Perfect for exploring Diamond head by foot.

Nice spacious room, friendly staff

When I checked in, after already paying my full hotel fee in advance, I was told that there is an additional fee of $25 PER DAY. This is to cover parking, yoga class, coffee, and other items I had no interest in. Be aware of this when you book this hotel

Beautiful hotel. Very clean and comfortable with friendly staff. Super close to beach and food.

The walls were a little thin and the people in the room next to me had a barking dog, crying children, and the couple was arguing all night. I did call the front desk and they asked them to keep it down.
