Ilikai Hotel and Luxury Suites

The options of dining near the hotel were varied and delicious. Nikki, the activities coordinator was amazing. So helpful and didn’t oversell anything. Worked with my budget and helped tremendously.

No water bottle fillers from what I saw. Not given the kindest of greetings by some staff. Seemed off when I mentioned my husband. Referred to him as my friend.

Our room smelled like urine and even when it?s ?cleaned? by the housekeeper, it still smells

The room was real nice and being on the top floor was nice.

The staff and no maid service if you stay for less than a week and you gotta go get ice cubes from the front desk.

Location, Accessibility to the beach. Front desk staff was very nice and courteous. Free ice cream and 2 bottles of water everyday. Free DVD rental. Kitchen is a big plus. Ocean view from the room.

No housekeeping the entire duration of stay. 6 nights and 7 days. Parking is very expensive at $45 a day.

The amenities and activities the shopping close by.

The housekeeping was not very clean unclean linen and towels tha where not washed completely. Stains still showing. To many people to crowded.

Price and size of the Room plus ocean view was as described. Considering the age of the building it is still maintained. Lagoon and beach is around 5 minute walk.

Restaurant down stairs was ordinary. Relatively simple outdoor space and facility (like swimming pool). Can still improve a lot

Loved this hotel! So perfect for our family. Room accommodations met expectations. Location is so ideal. Tons of services nearby for provisions. Hotel restaurant is a must try! Food is so delicious and reasonably priced. A definite recommend.

No ice machine on my floor pool closed too early.

I liked the spacious and clean rooms.

I stayed in a room in the city view but the noise was too much. The entrance to the hotel was too narrow and the car was always stagnant. It is too uncomfortable because there is no parking space. Valet is too expensive.

The room appeared to be recently remodeled and was well appointed and clean. The location was good for the price, within a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping.

The hotel is one of the older properties in Waikiki, and the lobby area showed it's age. The hotel, being in the tropics, had a couple of roaches spotted in the suite kitchen and bathroom.

The location of this hotel was perfect. It was in the outskirts of Waikiki away from all the craziness. The hotel is an older hotel but has been remodeled. The noise level wasn't too bad. Most nights it was quiet enough to get a good nights rest.

Our room only had one mirror inside the bathroom so no one could get ready if someone was showering. Water was able to escape the shower even with the curtain drawn. The fire alarm went off one night for no reason. One of the elevators was not working.

Location and value for the money. YOu get a suite for the price of a room.

Ageing exterior and weak maintinence of grounds.

2 our of the 3 lamps in the room did not work. The outlets may have been broken. Some outlets int he room were taped over and not able to be used.

excellent location,close to malls but walkable to all of waikiki. large suite rooms, clean and comfortable.

no bathtub, noisy room on street side. small remote pool.

Too old, simple decor, nowhere luxury. $28 per day parking. WiFi is cut out every 15 min. Overly price.
