the front desk staff were so so friendly and very helpful!! wonderful, safe location convenient to shopping, dining and ABC stores!

we weren¿t notified until we checked in that the pool would not be available our entire trip, very disappointed that we were not told at booking or before we arrived

Location. Close to the beach and all the high end stores for shopping. Staff was extremely friendly. Very clean. Spacious room. Smart tvs in the room. Comfortable beds and pillows.

Loved everything and everyone was extremely nice and helpful except the last person that checked us out. He was rather rude but I wouldn¿t hold that against the hotel.

Had to pay resort fee but there were barely any resort amenities. The bar was not open the five days we stayed there.

The room was the noisiest room I’ve ever stayed in. Horrendous. Single glazing in the noisiest place imaginable.

Very nice stay guilt and very secure rooms were clean valet workers were on it the view on top floor was the best part of the hotel with panoramic view clean and guilt overall everything was great. Thank you so much for a very pleasant stay.

Hokulani is our home away from home.This would be our 6th or 7th stay here and we try to stay for at least 2 weeks. The rooms are comfortable, clean and equipped with everything you need for your stay with or without children. We love that the rooftop pool isn’t too deep and our young children can play safely.The staff are always warm and welcoming and happy to help.

The manager on duty made sure our luggage came to our room ASAP. They have several washer/dryers on each floor so we had clean clothes when we got home. The rooms are beautiful.

The elevator doesn't have any buttons on the inside. You select your floor on the card reader on the outside. BUT, the card reader does not know how many people are in the party. So one-time we had to stop at floors that no one got off because they were not in the elevator. Funny.

It was a perfect vacation the rooms and all inclusive facilities were an amazing addition as we used the laundry room as well. I will definitely be returning here Hopefully soon

Great location - an easy quick walk to the beach. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The rooms were nice and spacious, especially the bathrooms and the beds were very comfortable.

The pool is small and shallow. It would be nice to have a bigger swimming pool but the hot tub was great.

Best location in Waikiki. Close to everything you'll ever need, including a 24 hour pharmacy. Rooftop pool is small but excellent for kids and adults.

We travelled with our almost one year old and the room worked perfectly for us. Kitchen facilities were excellent and it was perfect having a seperate bedroom and a bathroom with both bath and shower. The whole suite, including all kitchen items were immaculately clean as well and although we were next to the laundry room and close to the lifts our room was super quiet all the time. Free washer/dryer facilities were a super handy added bonus. Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times and accommodated us with an early check in. The rooftop pool/bar set up was really well done and never too busy, yes the pool is just a plunge pool but it still did the trick and with the great views you really can't complain. Location was great with the beach an easy 5-10 min walk (either Fort DeRussy or Waikiki) or 15mins to the Hilton lagoon and close to all shops and restaurants. This was our fourth visit to Waikiki and our first in this hotel, I would definitely recommend it.

Central location close to all the shopping and food at Waikiki as well as being walking distance to the beach. Access to the hotel was a bit hidden but that allowed the hotel to feel less public and more private. Room sizes were great, loved the kitchenette and dishwasher, small fridge, stove. Also loved the suite arrangement and staff were great. Note that there is no turn over service while you stay there but you can get new towels, etc from the housekeeping.
