We loved the cleanliness of the room, the valet parking, and rooms was very beautiful and luxurious. Font desk attendant was very kind and helpful.

Need vegan gluten and dairy free.

More menu options for dietary restrictions. I wish the coffee in morning you didn’t have to walk down the street.

Staff and front desk were not very friendly. The bathroom did not have a lock. And the sink was in the center of the room.

That the rooms were not cleaned every day, only every other day and I complained to the lady receptionist and she is very rude to me said it changed the cleaning system during covid i travel a lot all the hotels I’ve been thru the cleaning is everyday.

Location Gr8. The arranged taxi to our cruise. Had a stapler I used to secure our ship bag tags & staff had great suggestions for food in the area. We walked to Pier 2 the night before so we knew just where we would be going.

They only offer valet parking which can take some time for the car to arrive at busy hours. Valet parking is about 50 dollars a day. No self-parking available on-site (and as far as I know) in the neighborhood. Parking attendants are professional and nice.Also, they do not have a pool.

The property was quiet, not much foot traffic and is a great get away from the busy tourist areas.

No fan in bathroom which has glass opaque sliding door. No privacy.

Ice machine on our floor was out of order. Just rode elevator to lower floor.

I recently had the opportunity to travel with my young family and residing at AC Hotel Marriot Honolulu. I must express my concerns regarding the safety and overall experience in the surrounding area. Unfortunately, the environment did not feel conducive to allowing children to run around freely, which is a significant consideration for any family.Upon our arrival, we encountered challenges with our luggage. The staff responsible for assisting with our bags were unhelpful, which made navigating through the entrance to our rooms particularly difficult. This was especially frustrating as we were managing young children while attempting to maneuver our belongings, all in the midst of a busy roadway.Additionally, the presence of individuals experiencing homelessness in close proximity to the building raised concerns about safety and comfort. This aspect of the environment contributed to our unease during our stay.Furthermore, I was taken aback by the constant unexpected fees that were not disclosed prior to our booking. I learned of a destination fee and an incidental fee at checkout, which impacted our overall budget. In retrospect, the total cost of our stay ended up being comparable to that of other hotels in Waikiki, which would have provided a more favorable and safe experience.In summary, the combination of safety concerns, inadequate assistance, and hidden fees led to a disappointing experience during our short family layover. I believe that addressing these issues could greatly enhance the experience for future guests, particularly those traveling with young children.

Central location to our activities. Very clean and updated. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

I booked it but the property cancelled it all of a sudden. I waited for 5 hours at the lobby only to find out that the property owner cancelled my reservation
