Ala Moana Condo Hotel

Location was good and front staff was very helpful.

Room is very small. The room we were assigned was next to the elevators and its was very noisy. The sound insulation is horrible and eveytime people used the elevators it would make a loud noise. Ot was very hard to get a decent sleep at night.

I liked the steak house on the 36th floor. Other than that rooms out outdated, construction banging noises at 8AM, cool view but honestly not worth the money.

Honestly booking thru Zelloo was terrible. 1. They put my reservation in someone else?s name, they don?t offer room service but charge 150 cleaning fee, they are a terrible company! Save yourself the hassle seriously..

i was charged $50 + taxes extra for a "card issuance fee" that was NOT mentioned during online booking. the hotel snuck in this fee to every customer?!? is this even allowed? Showever curtains stank like old wet dirty clothes and needed replacing.

Everything was really good, location, size and price.

I rated cleanliness low because first day of afyer check in one of the bed linen had sand on it and bathroom shower curtain had spots of mold in it.

The location is great, with a beautiful view of the marina.

This is a room IN the Ala Moana Hotel. There was a $--- charge from the hotel upon check in that was not disclosed during the booking process. If you want to stay at this hotel, it would be better to book direct.

The view was good and in a popular location.

There are a lot of extra fees that they are not upfront about. And some of the staff having incredibly poor attitudes.

Beds were ok. Nice restaurant. But do not stay in the condo sublet section!

Our unit was privately owned. The owners never answered their phone. The pool was closed 9 out of 12 hours (not disclosed). Staff could not help us because we were not guests. The wrong name AND address were given to us. Bloody sheet ignored.

I did not get the room that was advertised. No ocean view, no pool, no maid service, not even the sofa that was advertised. I paid extra money to this hotel because I added a person to my reservation, and we still weren¿t accommodated in any way.

There was nothing to like with this stay. Room violated health protocols, checked in and didn't get a clean room instead I was scammed and didn't get any money back from them.. I would never resend resend to anyone. Calling the health department on them!!

The company I booked it through and the property owners scammed me big time!! It was the worst experience and customer service I received!!! Room was not clean at all bed was mess, I had to boon another room

Its welcoming. Some hotels are scary once you get to your floor or even in the lobby.

I usually prefer rooms closer to the elevator but the hallway was not very long, so still a plus!

Nothing I was treated like a second class guest

No towels although you pay a resort fee

This unit was exactly what I wanted for a 10 day business trip. The location was a 10, the unit had everything I needed and expected for a hotel, and it was as described. I look forward to renting again on my next visit. Thank you for a great experience

We loved this hotel room and the hotel itself was amazing. Great location and super close to Ala Moana beach which is perfect for swimming, snorkeling, tanning.

Quiet, great views, nice accommodations to have refrigerator, microwave, and dishes
