Location is right on the beach, which was very convenient. The lagoon was also a great option for our 1 year old.

Its about a 15 minute walk from the main area of Waikiki with all the food options, which wasn't convenient with a napping little one. The condo itself was NOT clean.

The room was very nice and we had a great view. Shopping was within the village

Some of the hotel staff were rude, other than that we had some very nice staff assist us.

The hotel was equipped with pools, restaurants, bars, stores, markets, Starbucks¿all amenities needed are provided. The appearance of the hotel is to die for. Rooms are super spacious and clean. Parking is available. Best resort!

The view was listed as a partial ocean view when I purchased this stay however when I checked in they gave me a LIMITED ocean view. They tried to convince me it was a partial ocean view. I was given a view on the ocean between two buildings. About 10%

I paid for a partial ocean view and was given a limited ocean view!!! Do not waste the extra money for a view!!!!! There is no view!!!!

Loved the location and the grounds were very pretty. Staff was really nice and helpful.

The room was great just the air didn't seem to really cool down the 2nd bedroom.

The room was plenty big, beds were very comfortable, and staff was very helpful and friendly. So many good places to eat within a short walking distance.

Very overcrowded. You could never get a chair at the pool. They didn¿t use wristbands so pretty much anyone could come into the pools. It was a little longer walk to the beach than expected. The lagoon was ok but made of hard fake sand

There was very little that was good about this hotel. She was rude, very obtuse and made the whole stay miserable. I will never stay in this hotel again.

The whole hotel experience was terrible. This hotel needs to be reported to American Disability Association for failing to have any Handicaps accommodation. My mother-in-law is wheelchair bound and the hotel staff did not even want to allow parking

Staff was very helpful! The hotel was very clean and well kept. Our room was also very clean upon arrival. Location was within walking distance of most areas of Honolulu that we wanted to get to.

Not enough pools or chairs for guests.

It was Centrally located near everything within walking distance to the beach had lots of restaurants and shops and the room is just as described in the photos.

The parking daily fee it is very expensive so we decided not to rent a car because parking is so high

Beautifully situated right at the heart of the Ala Moana beach a wonderful distance from Waikiki Beach which is crowded. Very authentically Hawaiian in artwork, carvings and beauty but at the same time upscale for experienced travelers' comfort and needs

Parking is $50/night which seems high to me. No room service.

The beachfront restaurants were closed and they charge for everything.

The rooms were wonderful!! Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a full kitchen with two balconies that overlooked Waikiki beach. There was a shopping center on the property that had restaurants and an abc store where you could buy groceries.

Wish the bedrooms had ceiling fans but overall wonderful rooms!

The hospitality and location! Everyone was extremely nice  and  always willing to help. hotel employee whoo checked us in. The gentlemen at the concierge service desk. They allowed us to have early check in. The walk to the beach was 2 minutes.

No room cleaning until you check out. Which is understandable.

Partial ocean view reallllllly pushes it. But you can see a piece of it if you stick your head out the balcony

My kids and I enjoy there different choices of pools with lots of food places near.

My room electric wasn't working. Lamps, tv, outlets etc. spoke to the general manager the day we checked out and she took care of my parking ($35?)

This hotel was the best. It was comfortable, spacious and we were very pleased. It was beautiful. By far our favorite. We will ALWAYS go back there.

Nothing we did not like. Maybe no restraint available.
