Great staff…Hotel employee is outstanding

The phone system is terrible. When you tried to get to the front desk…you would get a recorded message. You could not make out the details of the message except to leave one.

Staff were outstanding. the yoga instructor was top notch. The location is gorgeous. The breakfast restaurant’s food is delicious, and our server was so nice. I can’t say enough good things about our stay.

So quiet and peaceful. No tall condo around like west and south side. All the landscape is so beautiful and so Hawai’i. The facility itself is old. The bathroom tile has cracked, facet wasn’t fastened tightly etc,, we still like to stay again.

Just too expensive!

Location was good and staff was friendly.

The room had bugs crawling in the sheets and was dated and dirty. No TV. It was noisy and heard other guests.

This property is gorgeous!! Unbelievable location in Hana, right on the water with spectacular views! We were upgraded to a bungalow and now we wish we would have had more time there. Highly recommend!

My only comment would be that the greens for the pitch and putt were un-puttable and it would be incredible if they had pickleball on the property

Very friendly bell me and loved the bungalow style guest rooms! We had a blast swimming in the oceanfront pool, riding complimentary bicycles, playing chip & putt golf, taking a complimentary yoga class, and enjoying the views!

No A/C in the room and it got very warm and was difficult to sleep.

Location in Hana and right on the beach front. Staff were all locals and very kind and friendly. Big rooms with a Lanai.

The rooms are quite dated. The toilet seat looked 20 years old. Not a pleasant paint job. For $--- a night, I would expect a microwave in the room too.

Ocean

Room service and staff. Insect in home. I requested micro oven they didn?t delivered and informed wait but they given who check every check after me. This is totally unacceptable.

Location

No air conditioning in over 85 degrees heat heat for this level of hotel was not okay. The bathrooms wer beyond dated. Also would not allow late check out nor would they hold our luggage so we could continue some sightseeing without worry of car break-in

Beautiful location and the staff was remarkable!

The room was not as that clean. There was dust on the fans and human hair on the floor. The air condition did not cool as we would have wanted. Would have liked more items on the restaurant menu.

Beautiful grounds and pool. Spacious suites. This was our first time here and we definitely want to come back.

I reserved a room with two queen beds and when I checked in was told my reservation was changed to a king bed. I appreciated the $ credit to address this but was pretty disappointed this had happened and that it was my first interaction with the resort.

I loved the bungalows and how intimate everything felt because it was just you and the beautiful town of Hana for the most part. Views were gorgeous, everywhere was clean and well maintained. Pool was fantastic.

Not the hotel really but Hana is a small town with limited food options that close early.

This hotel was absolutely lovely! It was so peaceful and quiet. The food at the restaurant was amazing. The pancakes were out of this world! The hotel staff were very friendly and remembered our names. I wish we would have stayed longer!!

Right in Hana. Has restaurants on site. Both were good. Had the best Mai Tai ever. Staff was great about taking us in the golf cart to places. The property is huge. Garden area was beautiful, especially at night.

No TV, no AC, can¿t keep window shades open to let air in without letting in outside light, could hear quite a bit of traffic and people coming back to rooms with windows open

The view and cleanliness were great. There is little to no light pollution so the view of the stars at night was unbelievable.

The check in process was absolutely horrible. We waited over 25 minutes for one group ahead of us to be checked in. I understand that the hotel wants to provide an individualized service but they also need to ensure a timely and efficient process.

Incredible setting and views. Room was very spacious.

There were little to no amenities in the room (perhaps due to covid). No glasses, dishes, etc.

Staff was super helpful with everything.

Did not know that the rooms did not have any air conditioning. It was pretty miserable. There is also almost no food options in Hana. The hotel restaurant was super expensive for mediocre food.
