Friendly staff and cleanliness

The sliding closet door that also closed off the bathroom was off track and very hard to use to close the bathroom off. The waffle batter for the complimentary breakfast was out of stock for all 3 days of our stay. One of our beds clanked a great deal.

Bathtubs had no skid free in tub and it was very slippery and dangerous for me. I'm 75 years old

Hotel is okay, clean. I chose this hotel because the other 2 in town are not good, cheap and dirty. This is way overpriced at over $--- a night! I was expecting a luxurious hotel for that price! Ill drive to Augusta next time.

it was very clean, staff was very attentive and friendly. The ease of check in and check out was great .

On the first night unruly kids, didn't get calmed down until after 11:30pm and had to call twice

The entire property was under construction. Shut the hotel down if you want to renovate.

The night clerk on June 13th was exceptional. The tv in my room would not work. She came twice and the second she found a solution. I was already resolved that we would not have tv that night. She went over and above. Kudos to her !!!!!!
