Nothing. Had to leave a couple hours after we arrived because of the condition of the room.

Tub was brown and dirty, walls are cracked, the smell from other guests were horrible.

Hotel employee at the front desk gave me an access card to a room that had people in bed in it. The next she gave me had pop tarts, hair bands, and a bed that seemed like someone had rested on it.

Locatiion.

It was so dirty, the staff was rude, there were spider webs and dead roaches, they gave us a handicapped bathroom and the water went all over the bathroom floor, the microwave and phone did not work, no toiletries in the room at all, hotel smell bad

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Questions were answered with kindness and in a very timely manner. Always had a smile on their faces and were welcoming.

The "breakfast" was very sub par. A few mini muffins, dry eggs, and terrible sausage. Coffee was old and not a lot available. Most of the machines, ice, pancake maker, and other standards in the hotel were broken or in desperate need of repair.

The location was great! Very clase to lots of restaurants and stores to take care of personal needs.

The bathroom was filthy. I had to wear slides in the shower due to mold and dirt in the tub. Mold build up on the doors.We came in late to the room and we wake up to get to a funeral and only had 2 hrs for everyone to get ready so we had to make due.

Everything. Dead bugs in bathroom no ice no Wi-Fi.

The toiletries were name brand, the room had a fridge and microwave which came in handy.

Not the best area, rather dark at night. 3 cars were broken into the night we stayed. The toilet was practically on the floor it was so low.

A musty Oder was immediately noticed upon entering the room. The need for maintenance was observed in various areas particularly the bathroom. The window curtains were torn and the bathroom curtain and rod were in need of replacement.

room was smelly , i went to target down the street to purchase Towels. hallways smelled like weed was traveling on business and didnt want weed smell in my clothes going to meet with a customer. overall horrible hotel! 1.5 star max bad choice

Clean, quiet, excellent location for dining out or takeouts.

Ordered an Accessible Room. Was not in anyway. No walkin shower. Super low to the floor toilet and bathtub. Bath area had not one rod to hold onto in shower for safety upon entrance or getting out of tub. I could not chance using it as handicapped!!!

Shower curtain was too small which allowed water to get on the floor. Bedding was thin

The hotel is infested with bedbugs and roaches. The hotel is in poor shape, the linen was dirty

The restroom had noticeably not been cleaned. It smelled of urine, had hair all over the floor and there was a dirty wash towel hanging in the shower. When I mentioned it to the staff they were very nonchaulant.

Both tub and sink faucets in the room¿s restroom ran constantly. Roaches in bathroom. AC thermostat was not functioning. Ad said pool was heated and that was not the case, it was ice cold and not useable.

We were expecting a breakfast with more choices and hot food

The breakfast was no good.the eggs are so wathery. And the sausage also

arrived before 4 PM let us know when room ready.Room was aired doors open after air purification done after last guest left

The room had severe safety concerns especially in the bathroom. The flooring tiles had no grout, wobbling, uneven and we felt that we were falling through to level below. The sheer curtains were ripped, lights did not work, paint/stain on seating.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was very good sized.

The food was terrible.

hotel employee was amazing great customer service and quick the room was very clean and hotel very quite parking lot was somewhat full but didn¿t hear a lot of foot traffic ¿ i have booked again already all because of this one experience very impressed

The breakfast food looked watery so I didn¿t eat but other than than perfect
