Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Warner Robins

It was very clean in the rooms and the AC worked well. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The breakfast was on the lower tier of complimentary breakfasts I¿ve had. And the hot tub the website mentioned was filled in with sand and not functional . The website should be updated.

Exceptional customer at the front desk and quite impressed with the hotel in general. The rooms are newly renovated and very clean. Thank you for a great stay!!

Several miles off the interstate but worth the drive,

Location was absolutely perfect, close to everything we could have needed. Breakfast was very good, pool was clean and open hours that worked for adults and kids. We had no complaints whatsoever.

The rooms lacked necessities most people would need. No makeup remover, blow dryer. Very simple. The breakfast was ok. Ran out of grits, oatmeal was watered down, out of bananas.

Breakfast was basic. Nothing special. Location was great. Close to mall, places to eat, movies, etc. Bed was super comfy. Room was clean. I always look for hotels that have both microwave and fridge in room and this one did.

Lighting in bathroom was awful for husband’s grooming and my applying makeup. Controlling thermostat was a bit of a challenge to figure out. There’s seating for only one person in the room.

I learned my lesson. Don't ever Book with Bookings and don't ever stay at fairfield Inn.

The in room phone could have worked. The wifi could have worked. I have a brand new Macbook that has worked at the last five hotels that I have visited. Guess what? It did not work at the Fairfield. The TV was installed crooked so watching TV sideways is not fun. They told me when we arrived that an upgrade was NOT possible because I had booked with a third party BOOKING. How is that for customer service? The sad part is BOOKINGS or Fairfield will never answer to any of this.

The rooms need to be cleaner and smell better. This is Marriott and certain standards come with that name. This fell short. We had to move rooms the first night because of bugs on night stand.

The location was good.

The whole time the trash was not emptied and no one checked to see if we needed fresh towels.

Breakfast is the highlight just winderful! Beds are so comfortable and the staff is very friendly.

The person at the desk was very helpful and pleasant. The woman at the breakfast area was very nice and went out of her way to serve.

The place was under construction, they were installing a new floor in the elevator at prime time. Had to walk up 3 flights with luggage.

Friendly staff.Wife liked magnifying/make up mirror in bathroom. Great breakfast.

there was loud working during the day wasn’t aware of any remodeling when booking room. loud noises late at night from kids across the hall .price I was charged at first wasn’t what was quoted to me the staff did fix that part but there were charges made to my room bill from the snack area in hotel that wasn’t charged by myself nor anyone with me

hard bed, my credit card was charged $30 extra and the sign read debit cards would be charged not credit cards

Bed was not comfortable. Need a full mattress set.
