Comfort Inn Warner Robins - Robins Air Force Base Area

We didn’t have a great experience from the beginning. But what sealed it for me was we found 3 roaches running across our nightstand. Captured one and gave to front desk and left . We were only there for less than 3 hours !!!!!!

the receptionist was great and the price was something i can afford and the rooms were very clean.

Room was dirty and smelled, mold on ceiling.

Bed was broke and had to sleep with head at the foot board side. Area has way more homeless and crackheads then expected. Someone tried steeling my jeeps spare tire.

Did not receive the room I paid for. The air conditioner did not work. Overall the hotel was not very clean or well maintained. Attempts to address the issue did not work.

The nightstand was dusty, the sink in the bathroom was not properly working. The stopper was pushed all the way down.

staff was not at reached, the key was not working, the room was not clean and there were two towels hung but used not cleaned, and there were no toiletry as hotels usually have & hotel bathroom door was not jam i was stuck there until my husband came back

The staff at check in and the lady that kept the breakfast hot was nice and pleasant! Food was good. Checkout was easy.

The hotel stairway had a very bad odor! The hallway did as well. The tile on the ceiling was ripped out and there was a bucket to catch water on the second floor. I found a bug crawling on the wall the second night. The tissue paper holder was rusty.

No air fresheners in common areas, YEAH! They are torture for people with asthma and allergies. Issues with tv and they changed me to room next door with no problem. Breakfast was good.

The location

I did not expect to See & Kill 2 roaches in the room, one on floor near the jacuzzi and the other on the bed. I did inform management pest control was needed. The employee checking me in did not inform me that room service was limited I had a 4 night stay

The location was great.

The room was not clean, we saw roaches in the bathroom, no trash pick-up no clean linens in the three night we stayed had to go to the office area to get clean towel. Check the area for other hotels either full or too high for last minute so we stayed.

Room was clean and comfortable, plenty of parking to accommodate uhaul and semi trucks, staff was great!

Breakfast could have been a little better. I understand it's grab and go right now due to covid, but there was pretty much just bagels, cereal, and yogurt.

Only clean the room every 3 days. Parking situation not the best.

The staff member on night we arrived was helpful, nice and accommodating.

First room we went into was not clean,2nd room smelled like smoke. Hotel was noisy throughout night, saw roach in breakfast area. Area did not feel safe.

Convenient to stores

The hallways are hot, humid and smell. The room furniture(mattress/ottoman) had stains.

I did not like it. There Where roaches in the hotel room and the blankets made my children and myself itch.

Roaches. Non clean linen and the receptionist told me I was in the south and roaches are everywhere in the south.

Need more knowledgeable desk employees. Couldn't find our room reservation s 2 xs when calling to be sure it was confirmed. Most hotels in the area are serving hot breakfast now. It's time you start.
