The free breakfast was actually delicious! Fresh omletes, sausage, make your own pancakes, and the cinnamon rolls... OMG! Incredible!

Walls are thin. My daughters were both sick and we're really irritable at night and my youngest started crying. Apparently everyone on our floor heard and we gotta call from the front desk.

When we checked in,the lady at the front desk had everything ready for us. I only needed to show my ID and sign the paperwork. The breakfast was good, especially the cinnamon rolls. All of the staff was really nice until it was time to checkout.

Not enough hot water to shower in the morning. I was barefoot in the room and I stepped on a piece of glass in the ball of my left foot. We took the piece of glass and the bloody napkin with us to the front desk when were checking out. No Apology! Nothin

There's mold in the showers of both rooms I had, and the first room had a water leak stain on the ceiling. When the AC stopped working, the carpet around it was drenched.

I enjoyed the bed and pillows were comfortable

Yes when I woke up the next morning there was a dead cockroach on the floor

We made a reservation well in advance and requested a king room! We were put in a handicap room, but we were not told that when we checked in!

Room wasn¿t clean properly it had slim Jim trash on floor from previous guest, hair and bug on sheets, and was had dust, the coffee maker was also dirty and the room didn¿t have a pleasant smell and much smaller than I thought it would be

The room was nice and the location was ideal.

I did not like that my room was on the first level. Everytime I would call the front desk for fresh towels they would tell me that they were out of towels or I had to wait until the morning. I also found a roach in my room. The hotel had limited parking.

The staff was very friendly and the place is well taken care of.

I actually chose this hotel for the pool but it was literally green and filthy on Memorial Day weekend in Georgia. My car was damaged in the parking lot and the staff refused to show any cameras to the officer. Did not have maid service the entire 5 days.

Very clean. Loved the late check out at noon. Breakfast was well-organized with staff member serving the hot food. Great hotel - highly recommend.

The housekeeping would not just knock but bang on your door and would ask if your leaving or staying 2 hours before checkout.

Would have been perfect , but ran out of toilet paper 1st night because room had only small part of roll and no back up , also only brought 1 towel for 2nd night , 2 adults and a child .

The pool was open - there was not lounge chairs like in the picture. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The elevator was broken and my room was on the 3rd floor. Staff did not offer to assist in my bags. Staff also did not advise about elevator until check in was complete. I would have cancelled this reservation had I known this up front.

Very clean, nice people and the most comfortable beds I've had in any star rated hotel in a very long time.

The pool wasn't able to be used, but that is COVID related and nothing you can do about that.
