Comfort Suites near Robins Air Force Base

We really enjoyed the size of our room, the amount of towels, and the variety of channels that were available.

The air conditioner filters had lots of dust and needed to be cleaned. The dirtiest filters we have seen in more than five years.

There were roaches in the room and the front desk was rude rushing us out with 3 babies crying (yes we made it by check out time!)

The beds were comfortable, and the room was spacious considering the great price. Overall, it was a good value for the money.

The staff could be friendlier by a mile. Hot tub was broken with green water. The door to the bathroom only opened partially because it hit the toilet. The remote didn't work. Those are small things, but they start to add up.

The hotel is extremely close to restaurants. It was very clean and quiet. Nice hot tub.

Check in time was 3pm. We arrived at 4:10pm room was not ready. Had to wait 30 minutes while they cleaned the room. Website states pool is heated but was not heated. Note on door saying kids not allowed in hot tub.

Room had a very musty smell. Carpets were damp. Hair in the bathroom and a drunk guy pacing the lobby chanting inappropriate things. Staff did nothing! And the lady upon check in was rude.

One of the best hotels in WR. Clean, didn¿t smell like cigarettes anywhere! Nice filling breakfast. Decent price. Definitely the hotel I will stay in again when visiting Warner Robins GA

The front desk staff booked me into an occupied room and I walked in on another customer that was asleep at like 12:30am.

The staff was friendly and the hotel was easy to locate, with lots of eating locations nearby.

The bathroom door wasn't operational. We had to hold it open by placing a towel at the door, which became very annoying!! The bathroom door was situated right in front of the toilet and the shower door, which made the area very small! I also noticed a bug

The location is good. The staff is good. Breakfast is okay. Rooms are okay for the price and hotel star rating.

The breakfast area was congested and there was some water issue going on. I saw a few heaters running in the lobby and breakfast area. Not sure what is going on. They didn't mention anything to the visitors about what is going on.

If you don¿t like sleeping on the food you won¿t like these beds. The floor would have been more comfortable.

The staff, Nikki, P.J. awesome customer service. The hotel is always clean. We always book here for all the reasons listed above. The need another STAR ¿¿ added to their rating.

The staff was nice and the check in was simple. The hotel and room was clean. I would use this hotel again if in the area.

GREAT VALUE! Clean rooms and HOT breakfast. Staff was terrific and Hotel employee kept the breakfast area meticulously clean!
