Comfort Inn & Suites - near Robins Air Force Base Main Gate

At the price I paid which was $---, this was a great hotel.

It's way off the highway. I didn't look closely enough at the location before reserving. It was not horrible, but it would be a solid 20 minutes off the highway if there is any traffic. It's actually a straight shot off the Richard B Russell exit.

Price was reasonable

This was the best hotel experience we've had in a while! The staff were friendly, efficient and personable, the hotel and room very clean, the bed and pillows very comfortable and the breakfast better than many hotels lately!

The breakfast was inedible. Housekeeping EXTREMELY loud for VERY early in the morning.

The night shift guy with the dreads was great. Very friendly and helpful.

Water was shut off and not notified. Hotel front desk said they didn?t even know that it was going to be shut off.

Very old and bathroom was not very clean on the floors and corners..it had a generally old musty feel about it.

Ask for a room close by because my wife is on a Walker.But they put us as far away from the elevator as they could

I did not like tge $100 deposit for tge room but it was refunded as promised ! But when traveling on a budget it limits your money !!

Clean and excellent staff.

Found a shattered beer bottle under the HVAC unit and behind the curtain. Obviously not thoroughly cleaned and if someone had stepped on it, it would have been a hospital trip. Not kidding, one piece was over an inch long. Staff was shocked.

The staff at the hotel are so kind and helpful. Hotel employee checked us in and assisted us through the evening. He was so kind and pleasant. The breakfast was amazing. The beds were comfortable . Very enjoyable stay

The room was a bit outdated.

Reserved a room with a jacuzzi tub was not given one. Our room window faced a wall/roof. The hotel was not busy at all. If it wasn¿t for my husband we would have checked out.

It smells moldy, the train rolls through & is loud! I had an issue with a/c not working correctly & the floor around it was damp enough to wet the socks I was wearing, no a/c after. The pool was not working which would be a bummer if you wanted to swim

Very disappointed in this hotel. The entrances to the stairways and the stairway area themselves were dirty and run-down. The rooms felt musty, stuffy, and older. Didn't realize it was right in front of a VERY loud train track. Parking was also terrible.

Friendly staff, very clean room, bed was extremely comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

It had been updated since my last visit here. It was very nice. I appreciated the hot coffee and chocolate available in the lobby. My Grandson was really happy about there being cookies available once we returned from dinner. :)

It served the purpose of being very close to the Museum of Aviation where we attended the event on Saturday.

Bugs were abundant and we had to disinfect and clean the entire room ¿and there was a smell that was bothersome

The bed was very comfortable

It is so far from anything and it is not to the level of any other comfort suites i have stayed in b4.
