Close proximity to restaurants, delicious breakfast, and cleanliness of the hotel.

The facility was very clean. The room and bathroom was very clean. The staff at check-in and checkout were very nice. I will use this hotel again!

The first room I got was not made up, but the front desk were very apologetic and accommodating.

The cleanliness of the hotel & room, the breakfast, the staff, the location is close to Interstate 75. They have many different eating locations near the hotel.

The limited parking and the hotel hallways were warm as if the air was turned up to a not-so-cool level. Be ready to be questioned when requesting clean towels,

The staff was RUDE. It was dirty. They tried to put my kids and I in a room with missing furniture.

The breakfast is good and the breakfast staff is very attentive and hard working.

The hotel allows pets but there is a $25 per night charge. The hotel was clean but seemed to be cheaply built. The room doors had peeling veneer, the floors were noisy, and our bathroom had broken tile on the floor, vanity, and tub.

The room was perfect for the purpose, just a stop over. The breakfast was perfect, very nice and served in a quiet atmosphere. Great job and congrats to the cook.

Location is good.

The young man working the front desk when in around 7pm was extremely rude, and unprofessional. Management need to have a serious conversation with about professionalism.

My husband is legally blind and for him, our room seemed dark. That is very picky, but that is the only thing we didn't like.

I think it would be a good suggestion to have visitors with pets have an empty room between each other if possible because our neighbors had dogs that barked ALOT.

People were great. Breakfast was good. Had accommodations for 5 people. Let my dog stay.

My room smelled really bad like cat urine. I understand it¿s a pet hotel and they all have some smell, but this was quite excessive for someone staying with a 5 pound dog.

The hotel was clean,the staff was friendly,the breakfast was very good,the location was convenient for dinning and shopping. Access and egress to the interstate was simple and quick.

We were kept awake 3 nights with a dog barking and finally called the desk. Dogs should be kept on the same floor. Guests without dogs should not be on that floor unless they choose to do so. Dogs eating off the table at breakfast violates health laws.

it did seem very clean other than a bug in the bed that was very nicely taken care of... and the breakfast was very good as well
