Hampton Inn Warner Robins

Size (suite) and location. Lots of restaurants and shopping within a short distance.

Very pleasant staff. Common areas very clean

Rug in the room very sticky. Felt dirty. Sheets scratchy

The measures they have out in place for covid. The cleanliness of the hotel, and friendliness of staff.

The hotel is conveniently located in walking distance to shopping, restaurants and gas stations. It was very clean and I felt very safe. I was pleased that the outside doors to the building was always locked.

They did not have enough parking spaces.

Clean and comfortable. Definitely convenient to everything! The front desk people were super nice and helpful. Love Hampton Inns, love the amenities available as well.

The room was really humid. It's winter and chilly out, so hated to use the AC but had to in order to cut the humidity some. We booked thinking we would save breakfast money with the buffet, but due to CV there was only box breakfast, and it wasn't good.

Beautiful spacious and clean rooms with excellent cleaning staff!!! The Breakfast every morning was divine!!! Smoothies, omelets, bacon, waffles, etc. and wonderful coffee bar. My grandchildren loved the hot tub and pool area!!! We loved he wonderful

The exhaust fan in the bath didn't work so all the mirror was fogged when I needed to do my makeup.

Location

The windows were terrible. They had lost their gas and had moisture inbetween the pains. You could not see out of the windows. The sink would back up and you had to wait for it to drain with water off. I assume the pipes were clogged.

the desk clunk was out standing, and food was good.

the room smelled very musty, it was clean except for smell.

The staff was very friendly and helpful

Should have been told at booking the motel was booked for 200 kids.

Room that I booked was not clean there were toe nails on the floor furniture was broken had to get a smaller room which I didn't want but didn't have a choice ect...

Nice location

Paid extra to have a 2 bedroom suite which was advertised as such. Not only was there no 2nd bedroom but no couch or chairs to sit on. Tub was very dirty and room was as well.

Staff was exceptional. Friendly & helpful. Facility was clean and in excellent condition. Bath was wonderfully equipped with lots of towels and supplies.Breakfast was a step above our recent hotel experiences... and was well staffed.

Bit pricey.
