Courtyard by Marriott Warner Robins

The location and the staff who checked me is was very friendly.

My entire dinner from the previous night plus some other packaged gifts were destroyed (bad reffridgerator) and had to be thrown out. The front desk staff had no words for me- no apology even though she watched me throw them out.

It is very clean and it is located close to many restaurants and shopping.

One minor thing was the location of the TV in my King room was odd l. It was located to the right side of the bed and although it was on a pull-out platform, the view from the bed was slightly blocked.

From the moment we arrived we were treated with amazing service! The guy at the front desk was friendly & attentive. We ate at the restaurant and the cook was the kindest & most respectful person. Food was great! He?s a gem.

No complementary breakfast..bar closed at 10pm ..remote did not work very good

Having the option of the pool and the workout room, also being outside for a nice tan!!

No water in the room?? As a complimentary????

Clean and updated decor. Rooms are rather on the small size. Bathroom was updated.

Hair was on the bathroom floor!! Towels were cheap, cheap and cheap!!

Staff was slow to help. We were put on 3rd floor which was under construction.

Staff was friendly. We had to change room types because of a maintenance issue, but they made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was clean. Nice location!

I wish I could remember the names of the front office staff that checked us in. It was the quickest and easiest check in I think I have had in a longtime. Everything was great!

There was a bit of street noise that we could hear in the room even on 3rd floor with A/C fan on continuous.

The bed was wonderful!

Asked for soap to be put in the bathroom and had to remind them. It got done of course but if someone asks for soap in the morning, get it to them by the evening!!

No Microwave in room Had to share the one microwave in the beverage area of the lobby

Was decently clean.

Room I booked was for double beds, they gave me one bed even after I showed my confirmation. They were unapologetic, and offered no solution. We are HIGHLY dissatisfied with our stay. Room key did not work and caused me two different trips to front desk

First room: window wouldn't lock and it was on the first floor. Smelled bad. Second room after they moved me: still smelled bad, thermostat was freezing and set to 60, so I turned heat on, then smelled burning, fire alarm beeping. Also, frog in room.

Front desk person (not sure if correct spelling) was nice and attentive. The room was clean and even had wipes and the remote control in a bag. There were signs around the hotel to show how they clean the rooms after each stay.

Very clean! Very comfortable! Sanitized! This hotel makes you forget you¿re in Warner Robins! Close to various restaurants and Air Force Base!

Waiting for time when they serve lunch or include a free breakfast.

The property is in great condition. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

Technology was lacking. Staff seemed unprepared to handle wifi issues. No dedicated person on site to handle these issues.

Clean room. Pleasant staff. Convenient location.

It would be nice to have hand sanitizer on each floor near the elevator.
