Mountain Top Inn and Resort

We stayed 2 nights. Our room was never serviced. Dirty washcloths and towels weren?t exchanged and our bed was not made.

It was such a relaxing,and beautiful location! The staff were very friendly and made great suggestions for dinning in the area. Such a wonderful time!

The jacuzzi tubs need to be replaced, but it was such a pleasant place, that it was not a big issue.

Location of room to parking.

Was not informed upon check-in that they do not offer room clean up and washcloth replacement each day. Was informed when we complained upon check-out. Got in that night at midnight, office closed, and could not get clean washcloths.

The location was nice and the staff was friendly.

The staff gave me the incorrect room key (they had two locations) and I was unable to get in touch with anyone on the phone for this emergency. I was at a wedding so thankfully there was one person at around midnight helping clean up the venue that helped

If you are looking for a quiet, but a bit rustic retreat this is the place. It is charming from start to finish. Well maintained, old school, "away from it all" vibe. A great place to unwind. Lovely setting and the staff is very accommodating.

Pool was at another location. No ice machine, had a freezer with bags of ice but no ice bucket. No drink machine. No view. Website is very deceptive. Would not recommend to anyone.

The room was comfortable. Very clean. Loved the views it couldn't have have been better.

Did not like the bathroom door. It Did not roll easily.

The setting was absolutely beautiful. Pine Mountain is lovely.

No place to store clothing ( no dresser or chest of drawers), no table and chairs in room to at which to eat ( despite having a refrigerator and microwave in the room) , and absolutely horrible internet access.

The room was extremely clean and well appointed. Everything in the room was done in pine and beautiful. The bed was comfortable. The perfect place for a couples getaway.

No restaurants for 10 - 15 miles, and many were not open at all!!!

The location was spectacular! The room was roomy, the beds were comfortable, and we really enjoyed watching the fireflies and playing in the mountaintop pool.

There is no ice at this location which would be a nice addition since the nearest store is about a 20 minute ride away. Also, if you need the staff after 8pm (when the office closes) there is no number to call them.

Location was lovely.

Did not realize there were different areas of room locations. We got lost driving from the checkin office to our room. There was no ice machine, Kleenex or enough outlets for charging cell phones.

The hotel is on top of a mountain. Beautiful view and log cabin style rooms.

Unfortunately a young staff was not doing his work, sleeping, losing paper works, and assigning wrong rooms. I had to wake him up twice at 5 p.m.

The view from our third floor room was awesome! Book Lodge room 2 if you'd like vaulted ceilings and a porch view of the valley below.

The hairdryer was broken and there was a strange window above our bed that looked down into a meeting room below. Otherwise, great accommodations.

The room and facility were both wonderful.

There was a bridge out on a road that my GPS kept insisting I take to get to the lodge. It was after hours and I could not get anyone on the phone.

The newly renovated rooms are so nice, cute and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The grounds are lovely and well kept. The only disappointment was that we couldn't use the pool because it was being treated.

Rooms with one bed are very small. Roll aways are not an option.
