Hotel front desk was efficient, friendly and helpful checking in and out and with requests. Breakfast was amazing full of healthy selections and variety. The room felt clean. Rooms were quiet and plenty of parking.

I am allergic to dogs, and this hotel does allow pets. Would have preferred a King sized bed, and mattress firmer.

It had a roof.

The manager of the hotel was awful. She had no customer service skills and no concern. She suggested cancelling our reservation and kicking us out. She told us the hotel?s guarantee ?doesn?t apply to you.?

Room service never showed up to our room to clean it. The staff was extremely rude, when we asked for clean towels the guy at the front desk rolled his eyes at us. Never again will I stay here.

first room the toilet did not work, had to switch rooms and they could not make a key for that room. so, someone had to stay in the room.

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was great

On 17-19 Mar I stayed at the homes2 suite in Valdosta GA. On my first night around midnight I woke up with someone trying to open my door and the tv welcoming a person name Jason , they gave my room to someone while I was still there. No apology was given

Cleanness and very friendly staff , good breakfast food

Check-in was fast and smooth.

The room smelled bad. I believe the smell is from the chemicals used for cleaning.

Rooms dirty. Cockroaches. Beds bad. Never again!!

The mattresses & pillows were decent quality. Tv was not a flat screen & sometimes lost cable signal.

Staff was very rude, refused bedding for our youngest son who had to sleep on the floor, no rollaways. The "breakfast" was horrible tasting coffee, muffins(not enough for our family).The room was old,dirty, hair in tub, broken fixtures. No wifi.Don't stay

The location was very convenient.

One of the lamps didn't work and the bath tub was grimy and had hair in it. The room hadn't been dusted in a while. I was also a bit upset to find out their version of continental breakfast, one amenity I considered when booking, was muffins and coffee.

The area

Everything the room wasn't that clean. I had to walk to the next hotel to get ice and the cups in the room was dirty and dusty. The toilet and bathtub wasn't clean either.

It's in a very good location. Near a lot of restaurants and only a 12 minute drive to Wild Adventures.

The musty smell when we first walked in was not the greeting I was looking for. Also the drainage in the tub was not to great. While showering the tub filled up with water. The knobs on the AC unit were broken as well. Housekeeper was RUDE!!!

no extras, no vending machines. No sample soaps or items for purchase. I forgot a toothbrush and was just out of luck.

The smell was horrible! There were roaches in the room when I got there & stains all over the walls and ceiling! The lady at the front desk was extremely rude! clean up crew unfriendly. Sheets were dirty & stained yuck

Blood on the bedding, check-out time not what advertised, rude owner, room phone not working and AC so loud it kept waking me up when it would come on

The room was nicely decorated.

The bathroom was not clean there was a dirty. B@r of soap In The tub. The room refrigerator needed defrosting. Not sure the sheets on the beds had been changed the pillows looked like King size cut in half. Also there were no soap or shampoo samples

I stay at a lot of $--- and $--- hotels but this was the worse of them all. They did not even have a breakfast. I would never never say here again!
