The staff. They were helpful and friendly! And the beds were really comfy!

The rooms had a musty smell- but we learned they were under new management as of Nov so I feel they have a few improvements to make but it’s taking time. I think some new paint/ taking care of rusty doors should def be a priority but overall- it was ok!

The desk clerk and the pool.

The breakfast was BS and the rooms were not a advertised. They rooms had mold orders and water stains. The counter person is also the breakfast person. Simply understaffed and overpriced. Will never stay there again. Feel I should be refunded.

Good Area

Hotel room every lamp light was rusted, the pull out couch mattress was dirty and also the couch, the carpet was a little dirty and the bathroom tub needs to be updated

The room smelled like a musty basement. The entire second floor smelled damp

My refrigerator was broken in my first room. Asked to be moved. Light bulbs were burned out in 2nd room. Rooms are in need of upgrades/repairs.

The breakfast was very misleading, They didn't even offer bananas no eggs no toast only waffles and a sticky dirty floor not a good experience.

The staff was amazing

The rust aorund the metal doors inside the rooms and the A/C units need to be cleaned, smelled musty when the A/C was running

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean.

The room needs some attention. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom so there is mold at the ceiling around the top of the walls. Some of the outlets couldn't be used - the plugs fell out because the outlet was too loose.

Easy to get to/ location

There was no hot water the first night we arrived. I had 3 rooms with no hot water and the tv didn?t work. The tub looked very dirty but it was old and it sounded like it was about to fall through the floor

The overall cleanses was no where near what it should be.? looks like fresh paint but lights & furniture in rooms is old, rusted & in poor condition. Also breakfast was not filled appropriately. Staff seemed disgruntled w/ mgmt on tasks & resources!

The proximity to the highway

The security was largely lacking. The cleaning cure started to vacuum at 10 am. We considered that is was way to early and it made our stay less enjoyable. The clerks at the front desk were incompetent or extremely rude to us.

It was convenient to I75.

I never had hot water after repeatedly telling them and being told they would fix it. At one point they told me that I had to run the water for some time. I ran it for 57 minutes and still Ice cold.

Rooms were fine and beds were comfortable.

Main light was burned out in our room. Then the hair dryer didn?t work. Staff didn?t have an extra, so they had me use the dryer in an empty room. Accommodating, but strange. Ran out of coffee at breakfast and didn?t make more. Not a great experience.

The hotel room ceiling was falling in it has mold everywhere and roaches

The room smelled awful, very musty. The wall s were chipping. No warm brekfast...the only options were little muffins and bread.

Advertised a breakfast included, and there was hardly anything on the breakfast buffet due to it being a weekday. I did not feel it should?ve been this way.

Rooms look nothing like the pictures, no shade on the lamp, no hot water and no breakfast left when we went down stairs (during breakfast hours). The manager on duty was very rude in the morning.

The distance from the mall

Smell like mold and has this bad odor coming from the a/c.
