Cheap…hallway smelled…microwave did not work, heat unit smelled like burning, clerk over charged by 100.00 for pet fee, had to move rooms cuz clerk put us in a non dog room

Staff not professional,gave me dirty pillow with stains n odor without pillow case and said just put towel on it . Said towel clean . Breakfast was stale and out of coffee.. Staff charged me when I prepaid and I had dispute second charge. Bed had bed bugs

Very clean hotel + room + bathroom, the pool is open, and the staff are beyond helpful.

We ended up not staying here. The beds were dirty the towels were dirty and the room smelled. We were not happy with the hotel at all.

The elevator worked and there no bugs. We had to stay here due to hurricane.

Everything was disgusting dirty. This motel should be closed and leveled. The window had no screens, smell llke pot, all floors and counters were greasy, carpet had food that wasnt vacuumed up. The houskeeper kids were with her while trying to "clean"

Centrally located. Decent price. Only one way in and out of the building.

Major water leak in the first room. Minor water leak in the second room.

Floors were dirty everywhere in hotel either smelled of smoke or pot... breakfast was not good had moldy bread dried out apples cereal and milk and chdmical tasting waffles

The rooms were absolutely disgusting and had a very bad smell. The cleanliness of the hotel it self was also just disgusting and the cashier/ clerk was on the phone the entire time on a personal call laughing and joking while I was standing there.

The hotel was dirty did not provide enough towels and refused to provide more saying they did not have more! There were insects in the lampshade just overall extremely poor quality. The only good thing I can say is the staff were respectful!

The was a slight odor in the rooms. My daughter and husband actually ended up getting another hotel due to him having a great deal of congestion from something in the room. poor breakfast

Not enough parking No breakfast The hotel was dirty The room smelled like mold and when I looked in the heater/air conditioner it was loaded with mold.

the bathroom floor was a bit broken and a little paint was missing on the doors and its frame

I really didn¿t like how that lady at night shift treated me she needs to be removed I¿ve been coming to that hotel for 4 years and she is the worst I ever seen

Staff upon checkout indicated I owed an extra 2.47, then it changed to 11.47, then the clerk trying to get it resolved, allowed herself to get interrupted by other guests and kept me waiting and waiting and waiting. Finally, I just walked out.

The location was great

It was a few bugs in the room. They charge a 50 dollar deposit very unnecessary.

sheets had holes in them (two of the 6 beds in three rooms) only three pillows per bed for four people per room. three towels per room - again for four people per room one room couldn't sleep due to snoring in room next door...

Desk Staff

Room linens were stained. Door Key Cards didnt work at all. Room furniture was dated and dirty.
