Charge a 100 deposit and recharge again when I extended stay

This hotel, was a motel. It had big roaches and It had no water pressure. We had to leave before our intended check out. We booked a hotel elsewhere.

No microwaves and laundry not working

Nothing. Service was terrible The staff was rude.

I the floors were not mopped. The bathroom ceiling had mold. I had to beg for towels.

Very old property that new owners have brought back to life. Not perfect but they have made a ton of progress bringing it back to life. Shower had amazing water pressure - so appreciated - water in so many hotels is horrible - water dribbles out!

Location is not the best. They do have lots of lighting in the parking area which provides some comfort.

Everything is set to perfection at this hotel. When I first check-in I saw some trash on the walk way and thought it was not up to standard. I even wanted to change the hotel but it was because I checked-in early before cleaning takes place.

Never got the chance to get in the room

Yes l got to the hotel and management wouldn't give me the room over a deposit that isn't in the terms and conditions

Homeless people live in the walk ways of the hotel , a cat get inside of my room ,shower was nasty and broke ,tooilet flush super slow is the worst place i ever stay ,rooms are dirt carpet with paint on it ,tv doesnt work

Everything. It was dirty. The people were strange. They couldn¿t find my reservation even though I was showing it to them. We were ran up on by someone who needed help and didn¿t receive help. It was too much.

The hotel sign was completely covered over so you couldn't find it from the road. A non-smoking room that reeked of smoke. The furniture was wore out. A dozen children playing outside my room in the parking lot. They seemed like long term residents.

Dirty, unorganized, unsanitary, scam artist.

The lobby was nice, locked but nice.

Everything, dirty, dirty and the dirt was dirty. Slept on top of bed spread. Bathroom was pitiful and drapery windy cover window just 4 hangers on rod. Looked bad and smelled bad.

the front desk ladies were very nice but thats it.

this was the worst place to stay! crackhead drug dealers all over loitering, loud kids running the place, homeless there too, pool was closed in 100 heat for no reason, it actually looked nice. trash everywhere, the room was disgusting and condemned.

The staff at the reception was courteous and professional. They helped us with an issue we got. They offered information about what to do nearby. The lobby was clean and organized. They provided us with extra towels and toiletries when requested.

The room had a musty smell. Two light fixtures and hand towel hanger were broken. There were no hangers for clothes. The blanket had holes. The room was not thoroughly cleaned. There were masks and lighter under the bed. Only one set of towels in room

The carpet was filtered need to be replaced they were holes in the wall the shower works slowly air conditioner didn't work properly the first two rooms the first room I checked in with nasty second room I checked in the TV did not work the third room it

There was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING I liked about this Roach motel.

The location, the unsavory characters hanging in the stairwells, the room was non smoking and had a stanch of smoke and uncleanliness, it was dirty and very unkept. The carpet was pulled away from the wall. The air conditioner did not have a cover on it.

I liked the price of the room.

The carpet was sticky, there was no internet, the toilet flush chain was broken, and the TV didn't work.

Dogs and animal like people lives there. filthy carpets, I took non smoking room, but both sides pigs sitting there smoking, unclean. Offered breakfast but staff said they dont have. Very rude and nasty staff.

Nothing, Sorry Nasty people roaming around day and night, makes scary to sleep in the room. Not worthy for the money.

The host is very nice
