Odor in room…hallway smell great but not room

I only loved the location.

I did not like that our room was never restocked with towels, we had to bed for them. Our room was never cleaned. They’re renovating the building so the elevator didn’t work. There were messes in the hall.

The view if you have an open balcony over the courtyard. Tv size and soap!

Housekeeper did not check on us to keep the room clean. Homeless people in the area. Prices can range from low to very high in a day. Ice machine, broken on the second floor. No elevator.

The best thing was a worker,! He seemed to capture the whole concept of ?hospitality.?

The General Manager was unable to provide me with his last name?odd), were perhaps the rudest upper management I?ve encountered. Management can learn hospitality from their workers,

Door didn?t close all the way & patio door didn?t open handles were broken

Where should I start? No elevator, no coffee maker in room, room was not cleaned or linens/towels renewed in 4 days, no hot water in sink, shower faucet falls off, initial room door dead bolt was defective, had to change rooms, so bad I should be refunded

Very rude manager smelly room construction was asked to change room out of no where

The staff was pleasant and understanding.

The lights that were in the middle of the room above the dresser did not work. The A/C did not go below 66*. The gym and bistro were never open (the gym was in refurbishment). The key cards were a pain to activate on the sensors.

Location

The bathroom floor and shower was dirty. The room did not have shampoo, conditioner or body wash. It was also hair Everywhere (on the sun, floor and inside the shower)

Nothing. I would rate this hotel a 0 if I could.

Someone kept trying to enter through the door until finally they got in through a sealed patio door while I was sleeping. Horrible experience. I don?t recommend this hotel to anyone. The carpet in the hallway was wet and musty. A total disaster.

Hotel is being renovated but it?s no excuse for how the hotel was looking, there was nothing in the rooms, the hallways were flooded, my shower flooded every time I took a shower. The hotel staff was rude. I will never stay at this hotel again!

Nothing other than its name. No hand towel, the iron board cover looks like 30 years old, I was not comfortable to use it.

Almost everything, I have never stayed at courtyard hotel in such a poor condition. We were two people staying at that hotel with two queen bed, we only found one bath towel , one bath mat, and one face towel. So we had to share the bath towel.

Courtyard/pool area view. Nice to have a relaxed atmosphere.

No elevator to access the 2nd floor. I stayed there before my hospital stay. It's not good for handicaps. Also, it may not be safe to go outside late at night.

Cleanliness, Pretty peaceful

Well upon checkout, no staff was available for quite a while. Next time, have a bell or leave a note. I had to leave my room card key on the desk with my name next to it on a sticky note, as I was already pressed for time. Other than that, it was great!

Coffee area in lobby was nuce

Sliding glass doors leading to outside did not lock. I had to move a couch in front of it to feel safe! Changed rooms and hotel charged me for both rooms! Rooms dirty and noisy. Elevator broken, lots of construction, did not feel safevas a woman alone.

The staff and people there are very nice and accomodating. The food is especially hot and great quality. The water is made available

The hotel¿s overall location was the best feature. Plenty of commercial stores within walking distance, if needed.

The hotel is undergoing renovations, so there¿s construction material all around the property. In addition, the bed sheets were dirty. Just bc a bed in made nicely doesn¿t make it clean¿ hair and other debris . It¿s sad. Not recommended for that reaso

Friendliness of the staff and reception

The cushion in the furniture was worn and in disrepair. The cushion's inner material was protruding out of the cushion on the front and back sides. it was highly visible as it was one of the first things I saw when entering the room.
