The bathroom was cute. Loved the upgrade of the walls and the mirror. I like that the guy at the front had cameras on the rooms. That made me feel safe as a women. Plus he gave me a room where I can park right in front of my door.

Wish the room it self matched the bathroom. Other than that it was quiet. A few noises but nothing to complain about.

Everything was very bad, it felt unsafe, I saw fleas or small flying bugs on the mirror and the bedroom light would not turn on, no electricity for the main part of the room

Staff was very nice, and room exceptionally clean

A lot of noise through out the night, from outside parking area and neighbors , and then there's a $20 deposit you have to pay, before getting a room. It's supposed to be refunded once you check out, but I haven't received anything.

Everything else. The door key never worked, they didn’t want anyone using the elevator, the room wasn’t clean, the freezer was so coated in ice it was unusable and the beds had a smell. The hotel didn’t have anything it advertised other than free WiFi.

Listing for the hotel implies that there is a pool, there isn't. We booked a king size bed with a sofa bed. When we arrived we were told that there are no sofa beds. We were put in a room with 2 full sized beds. Room was damp and sheets had burn holes.

It was dirty, there was dirt and hair in the corners the sink was dirty the walls were discolored and the fan was falling out of the wall. When we arrived late at 2 am the desk clerk tried to turn us away saying he did not honor our reservation

I like the day desk guy and the day staff is really nice and polite

The desk at night still make you pay a deposit even after you have booked your room. There is a lot of drug active in the back. People were in and out room 314 all night long, slamming doors and talking loud at the door. I was in room 315. The floors are very, very dirty. The heater doesn't work. There was no lights in the bed area, only by the restroom. There was also a lot of traffic in and out of the Motel from prostitutes doing dates. And drug sales.

They forgot to give us towels. The heater was broken and falling apart and it was 30 degrees at night. When we asked for clean towels they refused and told us the laundry was locked and they didn't have a key until 10am when we left at 830am each day. One off, if not the worst experiences I've ever had staying anywhere.

The beds have broken head boards unde the bed and it was dirty under the beds and the floors weren’t mopped and bad spider webs . rude lady in front desk

The price

Parking was crap, too many people who can't park in a spot. Spots were too close together. Room next door, smoking marijuana, and constantly yelling. My room floor was greasy from the pine Sol they used. The door locks were not in good condition. Walls were filthy. The tub had burn marks from cigarettes, mine was a non smoking room. Damaged light bulbs. Sheets and towels had stains from previous guests, they were clean but, clearly not free of stains. No proper soap samples. I have been in worse but I left. Due to the way I paid that was not an option.
