Knights Inn - Tucker, GA

The staff was not professional nor real helpful. I had to get my room key programmed everyday to work. The ironing board was old & rusty & not easy to use.

Nothing at all

The first room I got had roaches, cigarette burns in the sheets, and it had a bit of a mildew smell. They moved me to another room after I made a complaint SAME THING roaches and terrible smell in the room! We checked in around 730pm and left around 130am

Room was nice. Staff was helpful and professional. They seemed to worked very hard keeping the place up.

Some hotel guests seemed to loiter outside their rooms a bit too much.

Dirty and poorly maintained. Snot and food on the walls with no attempt to clean them in years.

The gun battles outside.

I was nearly hit by a ricocheting bullet from gunfire across the street. Yes seriously. I heard them zing over my head and one struck the Wall next to me.

Privacy, location, wifi

Pool was already closed...made sense tho it rained for two days. When I checked beds one set of sheets hadn't been changed just smoothed. Prior occupants dirty socks were in sheets but management promptly changed all bedding when complaint was made.

This hotel is ok for just spending the night. If you need a place to sleep and bathe, this is an ok place. You have a tv, clean bed, microwave, and fridge. That's it. The price was cheap enough for what you get.

The hotel needs updating in a bad way. The walls show obvious signs of needing painting and it is dated. No breakfast. No coffeemaker in the room.

It's location was good for what we needed

The top lock was broken. There were bottle caps in our main lock making it hard to lock. Maitenence didn't want to come out. There was bed bug feces all over the box spring thankfully I wasn't bit. I could go on but ill run out of space

the wall on the side of sink needed painting the floor in the bathroom had a dip in it the towels look like old towels that need to be thrown out. We were in the last room by the fence and it was dirty cats was jumping over the fence. mice was around

You can hear cars driving while inside location and no laundry room.

The location and convenience for what we were expecting it fit well enough

You could hear every noise outside of your door. The door was not tightly sealed.

The room was very dirty the ceiling was missing above the sink the bath tub was nasty like paint in it. The carpet was sticky. The ceiling above the bed looked like there was ketchup or something squirted on it. The bed was very broke down. Overall it was just plain nasty.
