Majority guests were construction workers who left motel at 3/4 or 5 am. Very noisy environment. No set hours for office personnel or cleaning staff.

Room availability and cost were things we liked best.

Room was not clean enough linens were stained. Bathroom door and walls had dirt smudges all over, carpet was terrible, fridge was old. Clerk got mad when my wife asked for linens for the pullout bed and threatened to charge extra for more guests.

The place was a dump. Pulled up and knew we couldn't stay there. They wouldn't let us cancel but I took the loss and drove 1 mile up the rode for a better hotel. There was yellow tape on the outside in the parking lot

the price, and the housekeepers. Housekeepers were great!

when we first arrived we waited about 10 minutes for someone to come and check us in. Then when we got to our room our bedding hadn't been changed. Because of it being so late we waited to let housekeeping know in the morning.

It was a very comfortable bed and the shower was nice

The hotel staff was really rude I had to send out several checks because I work on the road. The hotel informed me they do not do mail service and would not send out my letters or mThe only had cereal for breakfast no oatmeal no grites no eggs nothing hot

The management was very nice.Nice exterior paint. Good coffee in the room. FOX News on the TV. The room is kept clean. The bed, air conditioner and the door is in good condition.

The sign had been storm destroyed for a long time without being fixed. No working soda snack machines. No breakfast, no Newsmax on the TV.The furniture is usable. The bathroom tile grout is nasty as all the baseboards. Keeps me from walking barefoot in the room. My white socks turned brownish. The shower needs trim installed on all the edges. Hiding the cut edges with caulk ruins the appearance. The rooms need to be painted by painters and not who ever is doing it. The entrance to the motel is cluttered with the owners vehicles and other stuff and the office is also a mess. As I stated above, the management is nice but lacking in good business acumen. At midnight, the family owned motel had a party in the middle of the court with the extended family. In the morning a family member was sleeping in his brand new Volvo with the door open in front of my room. The management appears to be spending their budget on themselves instead of the property. They all drive new expensive automobiles. These hotel/motels handed over to immigrants should be regularly audited, inspected and not opened for business before certified by an authority.

It was close to my venue

There were cats everywhere, my room door was already open when I got there. There were cigarette butts on the floor and I had a non-smoking room.

I was fortunate to find a room for under 100. The room had everything I needed , my favorite movie channel TCM the air worked great,and I parked right in front of my room. I left early so I hope I put my key in the box in the ledge

The room was well setup. The layout was perfect for me. It was clean and quiet.

It was all good to me.

Convenience

Very small bathroom, poor workmanship on remodel, television cable was damaged, allowing interference on channels

It was cheap

The picture on the internet is accurate, but the room is darker than it shows. The beds creaked, the cough bed was awful, the water pressure was horrible, and we could hear people talking outside even though they says it’s soundproof. Thankfully my family only stayed one night, but I do not recommend for long time stays.

It was gross with roaches and dirty floors say you’re at Burns on the comforters. The room smelt gross staff appeared to be high on drugs when checking in hotel pictures do not match what we had to stay in.

We didn’t like anything about the property. It was gross will never return.

I didn’t like that there were no extra blankets or sheets and pillows for the pull out bed and 2 of the plugs didn’t work not enough towels and wash clothes and the channels or horrible

We never hear about a breakfast from the staff.Metal bed frame on sides of bed down to the floor that you hit with your foot every time you get near the bed, it's loud and scares you when you hit it!We could tell they are upgrading and we appreciate it but some of the work is pretty poorly done. One of the washcloths looked like it had paint on it. Towels were thin and old. Not much for our money.One light in the room, supposed to be two but one was burnt out
