Extremely pet-friendly which we love. We dont feel like our dogs are being looked down upon but rather looked at as paying customers! The rooms are basic and big but the beds are very comfortbale. Location is 10/10 especially for walking the dogs.

Cleanliness and friendliness could improve, but would still give it an 8/10.

The property was not clean. Rooms were not clean I saw dust and dirt all over the floors. Since it’s “dog friendly” baseboards chewed up in every corner. The staff at the front desk is NOT helpful, a simple question seems there they’re doing a favor. I had to call 3 times to the front desk to have the sofa bed pulled out and the staff member wanted me to personally take him up to open up my room so he could “show me how”. I mean if you stay here be prepared for zero customer service. The cleaning staff even mentioned that they ran out of clean linens. That is unheard of! Beware

Staff was friendly throughout our stay. Location was nice. Room was clean. Nice lounging spaces and friendly bartenders. Appreciated the water pitcher at the bar. Wifi worked fine. Beds were very comfortable and great there was a mini-fridge.

Shower/toilet room quite small for a room with two queen beds. Did like that the sink was outside but need better lighting for use of the vanity mirror. Wished there was a broom available when we broke a glass accidentally overnight. Was told that housekeeping locks everything up. Wine hour option was great and staff very friendly but observed that some additional training on hygienic practices may be helpful?

Fantastic, cute, friendly and relaxing hotel in a fantastic location. We brought our puppy along and they made the trip easy!

Only thing that would improve the visit would you be able to park in the garage without using valet.

My second stay here. Love the proximity to the riverfront and to downtown Savannah. Love that it’s so dog friendly. The rooms are quiet, not much hallway noise comes into the rooms. Rooms are large and spacious.

The restaurant Pacci, must’ve changed chefs? We had a lot of our meals there last visit, this time we barely made it through one dinner. My pizza (which I had boxed up) was terribly salty and I ended up throwing it away. Didn’t bother with breakfast. My daughter’s bolognese was definitely not worth $30.

Loved the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, the valet parking, the courtyard. The rooms were nice with plenty of comfy pillows and a mini fridge.

Wish they had microwaves. Wish the mini fridge was colder. The Pacci restaurant was not impressive. I personally cook better. We were seated at a very comfortable table, but benchseat was wet from ac unit venting above our heads. Water kept dripping on us. That seems yucky to have ac water dripping on customers. They need a small decorative rain gutter installed to catch and divert all of the annoying water drips.

Relaxed place with excellent and friendly staff. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Pool bit small and the area is beautiful. Breakfast was delicious with brilliant staff. Very good place to stay

Very good location, walking distance to many attractions in historic district. Staff is very friendly and our room was nice and comfortable.

Because of the location inside the historic district, everything is a little cramped but that is unavoidable. You will probably want to use the valet parking just to get your vehicle in a good safe place.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean beds comfortable and well stocked. Beautiful patio area. Lovely restaurant, breakfast was tasty.

We wished the restaurant was opened longer as we missed dinner.
