Clean and relatively new construction

The "hot" breakfast offerings were cold, but then I didn't stay there for the food.

Staff were phenomenal! It was clean and a wonderful experience.

The pool was a little cold for the kids. They were apologetic and did their best to accommodate.

The hotel was remodeling no one called to say it was the lady who checked us in was rude unprofessional

Staff was outstanding. Everyone at the front desk went above & beyond to accommodate. Medical emergency made stay necessary. They were very flexible helping us extend our stay. The remainder of the support staff from housekeeping to breakfast were great.

At 6:55 am, No spoons and knife in the breakfast area. I asked the staff for banana, because my daughter didn¿t eat anything. He said he don¿t have any. Coffee and Hot water in the lobby became cold water, they never refilled with fresh coffee or water.

Free continental breakfast was good, free internet, friendly staff.

Found long hairs on bathroom counter. Room had an odor resembling dirty feet. Although the room stated it could accommodate 4 (we had 2) it only had one chair and two cube-type seats.

Seemed like only one person worked at night ; could not get towels brought to room at 4 pm - told everyone went home ; also could not get change for laundry or get cost of getting the change put on bill - told had to be cash only for change - then no cha

Well, not a whole lot. I did like the fact that the bed faced the window.

The bathroom door was very odd. The walls are very thin. I heard people talking till 2am out side our room. They would go in and out of the rooms, then they went down by the elevators and I still heard them. I did ask them at least 2 times to be quite and

I don’t like that they charged me for 2 nights after I extended my stay by one night and you charged me for the one. I paid 3 nights for 2 night stay. Also, I don’t like that I’ve called your customer service and it’s still not resolved

We have stayed here many times I’ve always been extremely happy with our room and we checked our room this time. It was the tiniest one we ever saw for the most of money we’ve ever had to pay here.Almost turned around went back downstairs to get a different room, but I was told at the time it was $221 when I checked out all of my bill what is $175So you see when I get the tiniest room I’ve ever had for the highest amount of cash I was not happy

Customer service and breakfast food

The call from the front desk at 11pm telling us that they gave us the wrong room. Although the lady at front told us our room number, but the room key card book said a different one. Later that day someone went into our room that they supposedly rented, only to find our stuff in it. Luckily we weren't there at the time or none of our stuff was taking.

Good location to food and shopping, very clean and large rooms

The only complaint is the breakfast. There are not many options available.
