The was was terrible no towels or wash clothes actually someone left a dirty rag hanging in the shower and air didn't work also the lock on our Door was broken and I could literally stick my finger all the way thru out peephole stayed 3 hrs and left

People lived there and stood around outside, drug dealers, loud music all hours of the night, no towels, soap, shampoo, cups, etc.. Police were there twice durning a one night stay.

It had roaches. I killed 5 in my day and a half there.

The space

Stayed overnight while visiting Rome. Easy to get to and close to downtown.

The price

I didn't know who's writing these reviews i can say it wasn't it im a traveling nurse so I go to different hotels the price is what drawed me to this hotel i didn't read the reviews but they wouldn't have helped because again i don't know who's writing these reviews the front office staff was mid The door on the bathroom was coming off the frame and this is the presidential suite We get there it smelled off i don't know what it was whatever it was burned my eyes we were moved to the president suite the room was big the bed was comfortable the value was good the place is just off I wouldn't stay there for a long time maybe a few days then more on keep to yourself you should be ok

Spacious room with amazing comfort. Staff responded quickly to our requests. Staff made us feel truly welcome.

It had extra bed

That it had bed bug on the 1 near the shower . Get on the next bed bout 2 to try it out she looked a found let 2 or 3 like just bought the sheet a and blanket a day d

Bed was comfortable.

Roaches, floor was dirty, door wouldn't unlock and couldn't lock dead bolt. Other guests was very loud fussing and fighting.

Everything felt fresh and newly updated. The front desk was always helpful. Very fair pricing for what you get.

Very peaceful environment—great for unwinding. The room smelled fresh and inviting. Loved how quiet the hotel was at night.

Refreshing coolness greeted me inside the room. Surfaces looked polished and tidy. Bed quality enabled a good night’s sleep. Staff kept a friendly attitude.

I liked the hotel because the location was convenient for a short stay. The room had warm lighting that felt relaxing. The bed was comfortable and properly maintained. The staff was professional and friendly.

I like that it was a quick booking online and affordable.

Everything was a mess did not work and dirty

A stay that didn't happen. I checked in, but I was checked out within 20 minutes or so.

All I wanted was a good nights sleep after several hours of travel that day and also not feeling very well. I had a late check-in as I had to travel a long way. After checking in and receiving my door key, I went to my room. Upon opening the door, I knew I was in hell! The room did not appear clean and the AC was not performing it's duty. I thought to myself, all I really need is a comfortable, clean bed and clean bathroom. The bathroom was not inviting at all! Very scary looking actually! There was no toilet paper in the bathroom, but I later found it on the vanity/sink area. That was not the straw that broke the camel's back however, it was the bed! I pulled back the bedspread and saw baby roaches crawling on the pillow! I checked the other bed only to find a dirty pillow without a pillowcase! At this point I'm asking myself what I should do. I contemplated sleeping in the chair, but I knew I'd have to use the linen or spread on the roach infested bed. I determined that the only thing I could do would be to drive all the way home which was two hours away! That day I had already driven about 350 miles and I was dead tired, but I couldn't stay there. I checked out and drove home.Also, I noticed the door safety latch was broken. I would not have felt safe had I stayed.

The property is in terrible shape and doesn’t even look like the pictures.I didn’t stay there becauae the door didn’t even have a good lock.

It was horrible I actually deserve at least two nights free for what I went through

The condition of my room I needed two beds and one was broken and I was told maintenance would come look at it and never showed up at all,they don't provide towels or the other things that go in there it's not worth the price, crack and meth heads knock on my door all times of the night and kept up alot of noise

Location worked well for visiting Berry College. Quiet at night.
