The site showed a hot tub and said it was one of the amenities. However,there wasn't one.Had I known there wasn't one, I would have stayed somewhere else. Then we were charged from your site, which I expected but was also charged from the hotel site.

Nice safe clean very friendly staff

The room was very welcoming and cozy. Everything was clean. The bed was super soft and comfy. Breakfast was delicious, they serve a full HOT breakfast and also offer cereal, muffins & cereal bars.

They do not do late check out. I was not leaving Rome until 3 pm. I had to pay the full nightly rate to stay 4 extra hours. That was unfair. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

the room did not have enough dresser drawers, there is no hotel cleaning for two nights. The view was not good

Last Day I was Charged extra for the Room, When I Made Reservations on The Same Day on May 1st other than That An The last Maid, Everything else was Excellent N That Mighty Awesome Magnificent Name of Jesus The Christ

Elevator did not work had to be reset. Tv did not work had to be reset. Room phone did not work.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The breakfast wasn't the best, not a lot of selection and the presentation was lacking.

Location was OK and other tennis people were there.

They forgot to clean our room, no reason why. Did same for a few others. We had late, long days and athletes that needs showers. Not happy. Vent in bathroom leaked water and sink/tub clogged up and water pooled.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful.

Could see water damage around the shower. Could tell someone did some quick fixes to the bathroom.

 the front desk was wonderful! She took great care of us at check in, and also when we had issues with our tv.

Breakfast was only ok. My son enjoyed is waffle, but the rest of the food was only average.

There was a large roach in the first room. The elevator did not work. The television in did not work at first. It was a frustrating experience.

The hotel was clean and the staff was courteous however the air conditioner kept the area of the room near the bed really cold because the thermostat was on the wall where the couch was so therefore the temperature was not as cool near the thermostat

Staff were amazing in helping accomodate my situation as I am a travel nurse working nights and.sleeping.days. Gave me the best room I could have asked for as well as pre-booked the same room for me on my next visit.

Breakfast was a "hit or miss" Some mornings really good with adequate variety and some days not much to choose from for someone on a carb/sugar restricted high protein diet

The desk worker was amazingly kind and helpful. We walked out saying that this person gave the kind of service you would expect staying at a $--- per night venue. She needs a raise!!!

The property appears to have been recently renovated so the lobby is nice.

Our room was dirty. there were bugs and food crumbs in the pull out sofa as well as under it. My son found a half eaten chicken strip under the pull out sofa cushions. the sofa itself was also stained. The parking lot was terrible, potholes, etc. We even witnessed a hotel guest being arrested in the parking lot.
