Booked 2 queens rather than king because it was $20 less. First room I was given had not yet been cleaned. When I went back to the front desk the lady said all they have left is king rooms and I have to pay $20 more. Absurd as it¿s your mistake not mine.
Convenient to all things Rome GA and Berry College. Great workout room. Nice breakfast with a variety of offerings. Staff is always friendly. Clean room and comfortable bed.

Location and clean rooms
Had to wait both mornings for coffee downstairs to be made again. The first day the whole coffee station was basically empty (yes breakfast was still being served). When she made more coffee, she didn't refill the cup sleeves, lids, creamer or stirrers.
Its a newer place so its very clean. Incredibly friendly front desk staff....loved it!

Clean, lovely environment, nice staff.
The temperature in the room and the water temperature were both difficult to control. Cold on the room temp. Water fluctuated. TV volume would jump up and down.
Clean hotel and friendly staff. Breakfast was good.
Beds were so lumpy we couldn’t sleep. Needs updating desperately!
Supper hidden and quite! I loved it
The Wifi was very slow and wouldn’t connect to our laptops so we were unable to do work the whole time
