Hampton Inn Atlanta-Southlake

The location was good for me and easy to get to.

They did not tell me the pool was closed. I would not have stayed here if I had known. I was meeting my young granddaughter and we were to swim before her surgery. BIG dissappointment!

Comfortable, clean and Extremely pleasant staff

The door to my room was one that looked broken into at one time or another where they had to do some quick repairs, but not too concerning.

The ladies at the front desk, housekeeping staff, and the lady who prepared the breakfast were awesome!!

Room was dirty and outdated!Rust on the bathroom fixtures, no exhaust fan in bathroom.Carpet was stained and dirty. TV screen was dirty. Fireproof doors were rusty, warped and coming apart. Breakfast consisted of watery powdered eggs and spoiled fruit

Room 228 The bathroom door, the paint was peeling. The toilet seat was broken all the doors slam really loud. The rooms seem to have gone down since I 1st started staying here.

The breakfast was good and hot. The staff were nice and the hotel was clean

Did not have a computer center or area to check in for flights.

I like the location. The proximity to restaurants and Down Town Atlanta was really convenient.

I asked for and scheduled room service and it never happened.

There were tiny roaches ¿¿ in the room ¿ there were spider web ¿¿ in corner of the bed with spider hanging in it ¿ I booked several rooms but 2 of the room badly needed pest control..

they had deleted my reservation and it cause me to be extremely i was sitting in car for 3 hours for them to get straight........

The young man at the desk at check in was very pleasant and a pleasure to talk to. He was also very helpful. The young lady at check out was also very nice and Asked if everything was satisfactory.

The location and staff were great. The room was nice.

The doors need to be repainted. It made the hotel lose the air of quality.

My truck was broken in along with 10 other guest. Bathroom floor dirty. Excessive charges on my bank card.

Worst Hampton we¿ve ever started at, dated, tacky, 1 elevator working during a holiday week. Most amenities missing from room didn¿t even have tissue

Location was conveniently near highway, restaurants and shopping. The staff was most friendly and the upkeep of the hotel was wonderful

Hotel employeeat the front desk. Very friendly and welcoming. the maintenance guy. Had no problem coming into the room to resolve the small issue I had with the bathroom.

Just a urine smell around the outside door on the side of the building which I know is out of your control.

The beds were very comfortable and the atmosphere. Loved the surrounding landscape staff was pleasant and the hot coffee i needed in a.m. thos hptel is surrounded by everything you could need in walking distance.

1 thing change in staff wasn't informed i requested a quiet room and placed a family above me whose children constantly run late at night.

The front desk staff was very attentive and the room was very clean
