The location and the price

The carpet could have been shampooed there were a lot of large spots, and the toilet had to be flushed several times before going down.

Room door damaged wholes, bathroom door edges peeling paint/taped, bath tube damaged. Reported to staff knowledgeable of this. Unable to change room last one.

Mattress was so bad we rolled into each other. The latch was missing on the bathroom door. The elevator didn't work. The breakfast bar was over cooked the clerk interruerupted my check-in to take a reservation.

The room was clean, no issues

The noise in the area was a lot. If your a light sleeper you won't sleep.

I had to get another room due to tv not working and torn blinds.

Wi-Fi inoperative (4 mps) and so so breakfast. Please don?t put out apples that have turned and offer instant oatmeal if you?re offering instant grits. Windows wouldn?t stay open and screens were ripped. Firecrackers in parking lot at 1:00 am.

Shower was clean.

Rude front desk, room door was messed up there was a cigarette in the window ledge in our room and food not cleaned in refrigerator.

Dirty, Sketchy and not safe! I booked here and immediately left to another hotel with my son!

Absolutely nothing

Yes I was approached (to be robbed) soon as I pulled up and I find it very disappointing that you wouldn¿t refund my money so I could get a safer place to stay

Staff and room size.

Hotel was very dirty, there were dead bugs in the room.

Location was very convenient to the highway. They're also several restaurants that were in the area they're with him walking distance

I was expecting cleaner rooms and a warmer atmosphere for the hotel. Due to its rating and The fact that it has the name country and suites it's usually a very nice quality place to stay. I found the quality of the hotel below par.

There is nothing to like about this hotel.

The staff is rude. It was relatively empty about 15 cars or so in the parking, the room assigned to me was right next to the I75 hwy. Loud noises, paper thin walls, loud hwy noises - could not get any sleep. Indifferent front desk. Bad mistake!!!

Location to the highway

No hot breakfast - no pool- room I booked was not the room that I was given. I had to pay extra to upgrade to a suite

Locked out of room and front desk had to call management¿there was an old pink ¿rag¿ stuffed in upper corner of door. My friend and her dogs were locked in room and I locked out. We were both body slamming the door. Suggested free room/discount .

When we first arrived the whole lobby smelled like marijuana. The fire alarm didn¿t work no green light. The bed was old lumpy. Some was playing music all night long.

Rooms were clean.

Hotel description explicitly lists "hot breakfast", but you end up getting a doggy bag of donuts/muffins/honey buns/etc (basically nothing at all was hot).

It's convenient right off the highway and restaurants next too it but has cosmetic problems

It advertised free breakfast, however because there was no breakfast I incurred an additional cost that was not budgeted.

No breakfast No Gym No Pool EXTREMELY weak WI-FI (had to go to the 1st floor to be within range)

Close to food and hwy

The other guest are loud and disturb. They hold$50 for insadental and take 5 days to get back
