Breakfast buffet was a good variety

Bathroom had black bold on caulk in shower area. Needs a deep clean in the bathroom. Room 109.

Last minute booking available on holiday weekend.

It's old and outdated, advertising said free breakfast. Breakfast was extremely limited. Ends at 9 am sharp. Smells like smoke and mold in the hallways and rooms. I'm asthmatic.

They were renovating and never mentioned it. There were 3 of us and they never cleaned the room or picked up our used towels, etc

The pleasant personalities that make this place welcoming to the weary traveler. The hot breakfast was better than I expected. The attendant prepared delicious food and kept it clean and stocked

The hvac in our room didn't seem to want to adjust. It was a cool night anyway and we like to sleep cold so it wasn't a big deal

Although the hotel looked clean, it had roaches.1 roach that was crawling on my 9yo daughters pillow and a couple others in the room. When staff was informed of this and physically given the roaches we killed, i was told they would contact the GM.

The orange juice dispenser served water. I told the woman staffer at the breakfast area, "The orange juice is empty." She responded, "It's not empty" and did nothing. I then watched people dispense the watery "orange juice," taste it, and dump it out.

The customer service!!! The staff is simply amazing not to mention it¿s a Cracker Barrel right next door ¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿. Clean quiet and wonderful place to stay

Staff was rude. Room was not clean. I had to purchase cleaning products to clean common touch areas and bathroom.

Mattresses were old, sagging in the middle. Not comfortable at all. Expected much better from a Comfort Inn

It was very convenient to the place I needed to be. The room was clean and there were plenty of towels provided.

The bed was extremely lumpy and uncomfortable. They need to look into changing the mattresses.

The guestroom and bathroom is old and not clean at all. Hairdryer at the bathroom was broken and floor, bathtub was dirty.

Lobby was pretty.

Bathroom tub was dirty. Bed was not comfortable. Breakfast was poor quality. Pillows on bed were terrible. Air unit was bad.

Very damp, musty smelling room. Bed sheets even felt damp all night. I have never experienced this at a hotel before
