The staff members were all friendly and personally and breakfast was great.

The host who was so warm an friendlyan she made that refreshing water/lemonade with the fruit. I can?t remember her name but she was there to check us in and our infant son adored her.

Hotel Employee at the front desk provided exceptional service from check in to check out. Every need was accommodated promptly. And the handwritten congratulatory note on checkout was extra special.

The staff was very pleasant and down to earth. We were in the area for my grandchild?s medical procedure. The atmosphere made it easy for us to relax.

The swimming pool wasn¿t over crowded

The dish disposal did not work the door was extremely hard to open the staff barely could speak English charged me a 100 dollar security deposit still haven¿t received that back on my card yet

Staff was very rude and disrespectful to my partner. I have stayed at this property before and is very disappointed with this staff behavior.

I paid for double queen and got one long they said they would refund the amount but I have not received

The sheets/linens lay on top of the mattress and do not stay put. The sheets come off while sleeping. Unsanitary and uncomfortable. I stayed 3 nights and there were no sanitary wipes in the fitness center the entire any of the days during my stay.

Cost was too high and Staff was not great.

Urban trendy design, rooms had modern appliances and new tvs.

The hotel was not clean at all, if I could upload pics I would. There was hair and crumbs all under the sheets, towels had stains, shower floor was dirty. Also, was not able to check in until 4 hours after initial check in time. I will never book here.

The room was nice but had a strange smell. Pool was nice and well kept.

The evening staff was great checking in. The morning staff was more interested in getting the breakfast bar closed than helping guest. Guest were still trying to get food at 9 and she and other staff were taking food off the bar. Very rude!!!

Conveience to my travel area.

Had same room for 4 days it was never cleaned and had to hunt down towels and toilet paper.Also they need to clean vent cover over toilet it¿s a disgusting look too have 1/4 inch dust hanging down.

12/31/2021 Cleanliness of the facility.

One room was at the elevator hall so heard nye partyers all night. Also - the desk clerk was asleep at 730 when we came down for breakfast. Nothing was available except cereal and yogurt. Said they were short staffed. Evening staff was smazing!

Location and size of the room. Appliances and kitchen available as well as amenities and breakfast. Very quiet and private floors which were clean. Beds are extremely comfortable and linens are crispy clean.

There was no liquid soap in the dispenser.

1st night my husband and I got there,laid on the bed and my skin started to itch.the sheets were rough and worn out.We couldn't sleep well.Took the whole bed covers down the next morning and laid outside,didn't get new ones until later when we went down.
