Cleaniness,staff very nice understandable.its Quiet and close to my Work!

Only not having Housekeeping to come for a weekly Or bi-weekly change of towels,rags,And BED dressings!

The staff was great

The room was dirty and hair and dirt was in the tub

It was in a great location

We had to ask for service. The pricing was questionable. They don?t honor AARP

Bed mattress uncomfortable. Missing nite stand on one side of bed.,could use a lounge chair.

Misrepresented by the companies that rent there units for them

Cleansing, the interior walls / kitchen needs upgrades. Microwave was dirty & bathroom

The room was very comfortable and clean.

It smelled like it had previously been smoked in despite being a non smoker room.

No housekeeping had to sweep room and take out trash Had to ask staff to clean tub lots of obvious dirt .When I first got to place the room was dirty smell like mold bed messy made me ill They then offer me the room I stayed in

Room wasn't clean, hair in shower, floor not mopped

The room had roaches, and there were no staff after 10 oclock. If you had a problem, the front desk was closed nobody was there terrible service. I stayed another hotels before, but never had roaches was in the bathtub.

It was a roof to stay under.

Horrible staffing, roaches, roaches, roaches. After paying for the same room for a second week, I was charged 90.00 extra for no reason but that, as I was told, they can change rates without notice. Even though I had already paid.

Room was not ready to be rented no sheets blankets it had trash on floor cigarette butts every where and clothes and trash in room

Nothing got there room still had dirty floors floors. Had to clean up. Told desk clerk gave me a broom and dust pan.l have pictures also told them it was roaches in the room.lwas tod that they know. Would like someone to speak to

No hot water; outside lights don¿t work and unable to charge my phone. Bedding can be changed once week, no tower replacement. Its very poor operation and kids running around and parents smoking.

Very poor place;

I didn't have a positive experience. I arrive at 4.30pm to check in and my room was not ready. I need to change my clothes for a meeting that started at 5.30pm. I was offered to come back in 30 minutes or change in the conference room.

I requested a double queen bed room. It was located on the back of the property and there were no lights. This was a safety concern that I raised with the front office and it was explained away. Not what I expected.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting, unclean, and in disrepair. Swing shift night staff left me waiting outside with the door locked about 20 minutes.The clerk was engaged in what sounded like a personal conversation.She said she forgot I was waiting.

Roach infestation and no refund or even some price off. They KNOW about the infestation due to months of people reporting it but do nothing. Place needs to be shut down.

Close to my family

Room smelled like a sweaty ashtray, bed was lumpy, and uncomfortable.

The lady was nice even she didn¿t listen to my request about the location of the room

The roaches!!! A whole roach motel

I loved the location of this hotel.

I didn¿t like the fact that the bathroom looked like it was nasty holes and cracks were going down the side of the shower
