room was nice and clean

desk clerk was not friendly. tried to charge me $20 extra

Had a issue with my room and Allen the Manager went above and beyond to rectify the issue. Definitely went the extra mile to make sure my stay was wonderful. A-1 customer service and breakfast was delicious.

My initial room was terrible, it seemed like housekeeping just quit for the day while cleaning the room.

The price point

I specifically booked a king suite and after I?d checked in was told they sold out and they gave me two full beds. So I spent additional money and was given a lesser room. Very upset about this.

The lady in charge of breakfast was very accommodating and provided a vegetarian options for us.

No wifi for 3 days, so I had to find somewhere else to work.

Good location, good breakfast selection, and little dated but clean

Have never stayed at a hotel with so many dogs. Would not choose this hotel unless you like indoor pets

The bakery next to the hotel was best thing about this hotel. Cleanliness was next best thing and breakfast was decent. Plenty of restraunts nearby and easy access to the highway was a bonus.

Small workout room with only one piece of working equipment. Other than that everything else was great.

Location was good, bed was very comfortable, shower had good pressure and hot, breakfast had lots of choices everything was good, coffee was great, check in lady was very nice, quite room, air worked good, over all it was really good.

pool was really small, pillows full of air, room smelled bad like had been wet. Base boards looked liked they had been wet. Shower was stained and overall room didn't seem clean. We bought lysol and sprayed several times and it was ok.

Complimentary water and coffee. WiFi was strong.

Hallways were messy, rooms were small and tight, our toilet was flushing right and it was only 1 staff member that engaged us in a conversation.

Front desk lady was very polite and gave me time to change and get in the pool before 10 and any questions I had she was there. All staff in the morning was polite and I heard good morning from everyone

It was clean, had great staff and the breakfast was a nice hot breakfast, it was nice that it was included, I wish more hotels would have that.

It was close to different eating options.

There was an old rag that who knows how long it has been sitting there in the shower on the curtain rack. All the towels were dirty and had makeup stains and def weren't clean. Several TV channels didn't work. Blinds didn't block window so sun came in

The staff was nice the incident fee was fair un like aloft hotel trying to charge me a fee higher than what I paid for the room and their staff was horrific but at the Hampton me an my family felt welcome awesome staff would definitely stay again

Seemed quiet and in secure area.

Sliding bathroom door. Wifi steady but slow.

The complementary breakfast was very good with a variety of options. The workout room was available 24/7.

The room was very clean and I loved the location. People were nice.

No complaints

It was pretty clean. I got maid service everyday even though I did not request it.

Refrigerator badly needed defrosting. Freezer solid ice. Had to lean over toilet to turn on shower. Had to lift closet door to shut it. The loudest AC compressor I've ever heard; Woke me up all night when it came on. Won't take cash for pantry items.

Great breakfast

Not very clean. Room had odd smell. No housekeeping at all.

Bed was comfortable.

Paper thin floors and walks so noise kept me awake. Was given a new room after complaining four times. Was only offered a free soda for all of that agrivation. Front desk in the morning didn't seem to really care about my awful night there.

The whole environmentthe staff and breakfast was always on point location was also great it by the grocery store and I could walk to it the rooms was very clean I just liked everything about it. It could be better if was a little more warmer so I can swim
