The location, friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of the room

Breakfast was not that great

The hotel & staff fully exceeded my expectations staff went beyond and above to fully accommodate me & always polite, friendly, & professional. This was the far best experience in hotel stay over the past 5 years during my trips per year to Lawrenceville

Absolutely not

My car amongst 5 others was broken into. Appears to be an inside job as they knew at 5am no staff was watching cameras while preparing their breakfast area.

Clean and convenient location

Staff at front desk we not very motivated to help out with questions.

Room staff stole two watches I'd set on a desk table, each worth $400.00 apiece. The manager says the hotel is not responsible per policy, and told me to recheck my belongings but that he cannot help me.

Yes. Mold. It makes u sick. It was moldvin bathroom. Then u don't have local chabnnel on tv to watch football. No warm blanket on bed in winter time. Rooom phones wernen't wiorking and tyehere was 2. Had to walk down to hotel to get ahold of front desk.

The beds were comfortable

In my room and opened the cabinet doors were the refrigerator was. A roach was crawling. I had to go to service desk and tell them and they had to get a raid can of spray from the housekeeper room. They gave me the spray and I had to get the roach!

The cleanliness.

The ice machine was broken on the third floor where my room was at, so I had to go to the 1st floor to get ice, but that was only a mild inconvenience.

Location was good for where our venue was located!

A bit aged! Needs some updating! Very noisy at night, not sure about Clientele!

Convenient excess to the interstate freeways and highways

The water sink not completely clean. The bathtub faucet was leaking.

There was a staff member (front desk) who was so rude to my special needs sister and my 12yr old child that I don't think I'll ever stay here again.

The sheets smelled very fresh and we were able to check in after check in time with the 24hr desk service.

The bathroom didn¿t have toothpaste and personally not a fan of using a bar soap to wash my hands.

The location of the hotel was good, we stayed for 2 nights. And the room was clean.

The bed was very uncomfortable, the comforter had no cover, they put it between 2 sheets. The pillows are the size of small sofa pillows and not comfortable to sleep on at all. The breakfast was awful, eggs so water and no taste, sausage was the same.

All personnel were great, hotel was clean and safe

outside window screen was damaged so you couldn't open the window.

The room was clean and spacious. The hotel was well maintained and the desk clerk was professional and helpful.

Staff was more than excellent! Extremely nice, was there due to my son is in hospital. They asked about him every day. Even offered to make some more breakfast one morning cause we overslept. I plan on Stat here again and again.

Found roaches in the bathroom, shower curtain torn, bolt lock inoperable and tub drain plug broke laying in corner of tube. Was supposed to spend 2 nights but after seeing the roach I checked out after one night. Was unable to get a refund

Didn¿t like anything

I have stayed at this hotel 4 or 5 times now. Every time the room has been clean, the staff has always been polite and helpful, and the parking area is well lit.

So far I have not had any issues at all during the 4 - 5 stays I've had at this hotel. The only thing I noticed was that on one visit my phone charger fit very loosely into the outlet. But to me that's not an "issue."
