Clean, convenient, easy to get to.

Very basic breakfast. Room had no amenities to speak of. Bottled water, etc. No soap at bathroom vanity. No tissues. Nothing but the barest of essentials.

In a very convenient location Delicious

The AC cooled the room, but not as cool as I would liked to had it other than that the room was pretty clean. Someone did leave wild wings inside the microwave, but that was about it. The rest the room was clean.

I had a good stay. The location was kind of hidden and the signage was small. I'm noticing an extra charge on my account, which I need to figure out why I have the charge. The breakfast was cool.

The hotel needs serious repairs and updates. Very humid in the room and there¿s a leak in the ceiling. I couldn¿t charge my phone because it detected moisture.

The rooms were spacious and clean and the staff was professional and friendly.

Love the rooms and breakfast even though I can't eat much breakfast foods

Coffee maker in my room didn't work

The Elavator was not working and they gave me a room on the 3rd floor, Had to take my luggage up and down. I am senior citizen and have knee issues. The breakfast they closed exactly at 9.30. I walked in 9.30 and there was nothing, should ask for a refun

The Staff was very attentive.

Elevator didn't work. Baseboards in the bathroom could have been cleaner. Windows need cleaning.

Clean room

Staff was rude. I asked to check out at noon, they said it¿s fine¿ went up to my room and the cleaning staff already stripped my bed and took my towels by 9:30. I asked for some sheets and a towel and they told me no. Plus the elevator is out.

Location

Booked weeks in advance went to check in and put me in room I didn¿t book. Asked to be moved told me they were booked up. Stop overbooking!!! I booked weeks ago and paid upfront to secure reservation. Sofa in room was dirty and seemed to be broke.

Always clean and quiet... best showers

The rooms are very comfortable, and the breakfast offered in the morning has a good variety of choices. The in-room kitchen is a great convenience, and there were no problems with the Internet. We will return here often. This was our second stay.

We'd prefer that the bathroom fans actually functioned.

Hated it dirtiest holiday inn I have ever stayed in Put me in wrong room then had to wait 15 min to get placed in my right room only to find out tv doesn¿t work got the whirlpool room which was very small and dirty had ants in the tub in bathroom

Jets in tub was filthy Barely got any hot water I hated and never will stay here again

Location

The urine soaked mattress and mattress protector. The dirty shower. The filthy hallway carpet that smells like mildew.

The location was excellent.

My room smelled like mildew. It smelled like the carpet had been wet and not cleaned properly.

Stayed in room 304 taking a shower and water backs up Also the temperature in the room you cannot cut the fan totally off

The location was great. Close to the courthouse and the other appointments that we had.

The room was small, the bathroom was very small and the toilet didnt work until I went to the front desk to report it. It did get fixed. Also I got overcharged, we were able to leave a day early and still got charged for the night we werent there.
