It was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. I loved just about everything.

The pillows were the WORST I have ever slept on (or should I say tried to sleep on). My neck still hurts.

Location great. No fee for parking. Hotel had an interesting "motif" nice casual setting with "games" in the lobby (pool table, table games). Rooms had cool skyline wallpaper; Nice large window (looking at parking lot. The nicest indoor pool.

No microwave in the room (1 in the hallway). No separate room for shower; at least our room 412? had a flimsy "pony wall" an open room concept... not great if traveling with kids. Maybe just our room. Still, the room was clean, the stay enjoyable.

Yes their was¿ the staff treated me very harsh and had me standing waiting over a house saying it¿s a extra $75 per day of staying there after I¿ve already stayed there the day before. Customer also was looking because the staff was giving me such bad tim

I would have liked a microwave in the room. Also my kids were very disappointed the pool wasn't open. It is supposedly closed for maintenance even though we were there two days. It shouldn't take that long, also read reviews after with same pool issue.

Love the bed and shower aspect of the room. Bonus points for having a mini fridge in the room as well.

The room had two double beds for four people but there was not enough room to walk around. The bath area had no door closing the area from the main area. When you got in the shower you were seen by anyone that walked around the partition or walked in the front door. There was an issue with someone in the hall and the police had to be called. The Sunday morning front desk person was very rude and just took the keys and chucked them down in front of her on a pile of other keys. I said have a great day and she did not respond but rolled her eyes. The night staff however were great. If all the rooms were arranged like the one we were in I would not recommend staying here due to the shower situation.

Looked soo good I felt like it carried my personality to the T!! I was soo comfortable and I felt very BOUJEE lol! Decor was amazing, and the staff was nice.. I didn’t want to leave I wished I lived there …
