The staff was very accommodating except for just one person, but I can understand why my request was to get a more comfortable chair from the lobby for my pregnant daughter, who is having some complicationsand she said they’ve never moved those chairs.

The kitchen committee were very polite and helpful. The rooms were not cleaned every day but it was ok. Towels were available.

When our car was broken into, another employee standing by came and offered us help to get the broken glasses off the seats. Also, we were offered a handicapped room which smelled like dog urine, but a night receptionist help us moved into another room.

My rental car's window were smashed in and the receptionist was so nonchalant about it when the incident was reported. She made it seem like a normal occurrence and did not offer us something to get the broken glasses off the seats

Large spacious rooms

The hotel room had the last guests sponge still hanging in the bathroom. The breakfast was also very subpar.

I like that the hotel was close to the mall, stadium, and restaurants.

The bathroom was very clean and the sheets smelled fresh and clean and the refrigerator was clean

Everything!!! This was an excellent place to stay!! Clean and comfortable, just like home. The breakfast was really good and there was a lot to choose from. The suite was spacious and the amenities were just what we needed. Bed was super comfortable.

My key, at one point, didn't work in an outside door. There were 2 elevators but 1 didn't work....

It was very clean. The staff was very nice.

The curtains needed to be pressed. There were a few areas in the bathroom and room that needed to be repainted due to ware.

I enjoyed the room it was very spacious and had a kitchen which was convenient, especially with reheating food. The bathroom was very spacious as well enjoyed the separate toilet from sink area.

Breakfast did not have many options, toothpaste and Normal needs were not given upon request but had to be bought.

Friendly staff, room was great, location close to everything, overall great experience.

My room wasnt ready until 4 hrs after checkin time which was very inconvenient as I arrived in GA at 10am with 2 small children and expected my room to be ready by checkin time at 3pm. Then it was disappointing that the lady at the front desk was rude

The bed was so comfortable. I want to buy the sheets and pillows!!!! Oh my gosh I slept so good. The shower was clean and the water pressure was THE BEST!

The breakfast was a huge disappointment. The wall had hours stating that breakfast ended at 10 on weekends. They started taking the food at 9:26am. So many people were upset. I chose to stay at the hotel because they serve breakfast¿.all I ate were grits.

Good location (Just off the Interstate, close to a mall), Clean common areas and room, very spacious room with comfortable beds, kitchen appropriate for those inclined to cook. Hot, fresh and healthy breakfast. COVID appropriate behavior by staff.

It was in close proximity to the people I was visiting. Every staff member that helped me was amazing. They have excellent customer service.

The breakfast wasn¿t the best in my opinion. That being said, with COVID and it being suites where people had the potential to cook everything in their room it¿s probably better than what I should have been expecting.

Staff both as nice, kind, and welcoming. I appreciate their generosity and they made us feel like family. I can tell they cherish their job and love to make people happy. Hotel employee stayed over her shift to make sure we was accommodated for our stay

The breakfast was lackluster, but sufficient and expected for continental breakfast. I wouldn’t let it deter me from booking here again.
