The staff is very accommodating, and the breakfast staff does an amazing job!

The only minor complaint I had was when I asked for restaurant suggestions one evening and I pretty much got ignored by the front desk attendant.

The rooms were outdated. We had reserved king beds and were told they don't have king beds only double beds.

Location was great for the mall and dining.

Absolute best experience in a hotel in years. Minor mishap on charges when checking in but manager and her staff stayed on top of fixing the problem. Look forward to staying there again next year. Super clean.

Reserved a king for me and my wife. Informed not available when I arrived and had to settle for queen.

Very nice setup all around, both in and out of the room. The staff was always cleaning around the hotel, especially in the dining area. The room is pretty and the beds are comfy. Comfortable beds are important to us. The room looked and felt clean.

Ease of booking and check-in. The staff was plesant and while we weren't there long, would recommend & stay again if in the area.

Bed Pillows were too soft; Couldn't get settled, resulting in a stiff neck for the following 2 days.

1st of all the grounds appearance was awesome! We were greeted with a smile & inside decor was magnificent. Everytime you looked some was making sure the floors,etc were in tip top shape! The cleaning is absolutely A-1.

Staff is great. Clean facilities. Pool is working and is clean. I liked that they had a fire pit and a grill off of the pool area.

The staff were exceptionally great, the room layout was lovely and comfortablee plus breakfast was awesome!

The ceiling above the shower occasionally leaked around the light whenever the room above used their shower. There was a lot of highway noise on the side of the hotel our room was located. Otherwise everything was great.
