A pool would have been nice

With all the issues I had the staff was really nice, they offered us a fan because the room was 80 degrees, the hotel and surrounding hotels were at capacity due to a concert in the area, so we had no choice but to stay. The GM called me and apologized

The air conditioner did not work in our room when we arrived and there was a bug of some sort in the room as well

We absolutely love the staff and the whole hotel experience. Breakfast is great and I love that they have coffee 24/7! Excellent and the grounds are always so clean!

Extremely Clean Hotel, Nice Rooms with Big Tv! Front desk was very polite. Beds were comfortable and clean. I loved this hotel. Breakfast was good, especially the automatic pancake maker! Will stay here again!

Water pressure in shower was a little low.

I like the manager. She made an effort to speak to each guest and promise us a backgammon game set next time we visit. The we can leave our at home. I really love this hotel and breakfast too.

Soap containers not filled. Someone had placed plastic cover over fire alarm. Desk advised.

When I came to the room I was told that I have to pay a security deposit that was not mentioned online and that I would get that deposit back. I have yet to get my deposit back.

Very nice and clean.

The wallpaper seam was peeling in the bathroom, but most people wouldn¿t notice and you could hear the people walking in the room above, but they were literally walking too hard. Price was a little too high, but close to a lot of eating places.

Hotel was meticulously clean. Staff upon arrival super helpful and friendly (we arrived about 10pm) guests were enjoying the lobby, playing pool and hanging out. It was quiet, well located and an overall fabulous experience. Close proximity to everything

The attitudes of the staff when asking questions, also the young lady from the breakfast area was so unprofessional un polite, very bad attitude with me and others that ask questions about the making of her grits also about more food being out

The cleanliness was amazing!! The ice and water machine was awesome! The sheets are super soft!

Left my pillow in the room. Called and was told they would check with housekeeping and call me back. Never called back.

I wanted a king but only had qween beds.

With Road construction it was a little difficult to find at night but otherwise it was a nice place to stay with Bass Pro within walking distance and other shopping in a mail close by.

No safe in the room also no coffee maker in the room. Also, it¿s best if you bring your own shampoo and conditioner especially if you have longer hair because it is not a very high quality and it seemed to be very drying.

Peace & Quiet during night hours. No noise in the hallways, no slamming doors.

Very limited breakfast items to meet the needs of the guest

The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the complimentary hot breakfast bar and coffee/tea station!

The staff members were not very friendly or proactive in helping solve our needs. Rooms were small and we kept running into the furniture. This hotel doesn¿t have the same amenities as other Tru by Hilton hotels.

Clean, new, smelled nice. Loved the breakfast option, ganes, Pool table. Super cute place.
