The hotel grounds were not clean. Breakfast ended very early. The TV wasn't working. The refrigerator needed cleaning; it was full of ice. There was no iron in the room. The shower curtain was dirty or stained. There is no elevator.

Room was comfortable and clean

No staff at night. Breakfast was late and coffee cups were the size of shot glasses.

The staff waa very nice

Furniture is rotting around mini fridge, black mold and if you are bare foot in the room your feet turn brown for deeply soiled carpets.

The manager was nice

The hotel was run down looked nothing like online pictures the pool was unusable due to trash and dirty water the room was dirty and outdated no elevator and the stairs and hallways were filthy

It was dirty, look like they were working on floors smell was horrible. Food behind dresser It was so bad I didn't even stay left and got a room at Quality inn.

The hotel was dirty, The room was not clean!!! The first room we got smelt like cig. smoke was supposed to be non-smoking the smoke detector was hanging by the wires. The next room was very dirty not clean. The pool was empty and full of leaves.

There is absolutely nothing good to say about this hotel. My stay was horrible. I would not stay in this hotel again.

No remote for the TV. Room had no nightstand, no clock & no phone. No ice bucket, had to purchase my own. pool has not been functional for the past 2 years. Mirror was leaning against the wall. No room service, you place linens in basket outside room.

Everything.its a construction workers flop house,roaches,bed bugs,no hot breakfast,just a few old donuts and old fruit,oatmeal.h2o.nasty coffie.

Needs renovation. Furniture scratched and torn. Smelled of mold and mildew.

The hotel had roaches and the hallway was not clean at all. The hotel receptionist was not at the front I had to call a number to get him to the front.

Being charged $50.00 because we didn¿t give them a credit card to put on file and charged me an additional $20.00 for my small dog that didn¿t mess the room up at all. No coffee in my room and no cups. Roaches crawling on the walls ice bucket cracked

Beds were comfortable

Says it is animal friendly but it is not. Stated they had a breakfast but only offer a small pack of donuts. (Some are diabetic). We paid 12.00 extra per night because the breakfast was supposed to be offered.Pool was not available in the summer months!!

Nothing!!!

It was dirty, my Mother walked across the carpet and tile in bath and her feet were black on the bottom . No staff unless you called their cell number. No clean towels even after 3 days. Ran out of toilet paper. No breakfast

Kids out the door drinking and smoking weed inside and outside

Hot tub was broke. They had broken fixtures. The chair in our room was broken. It was dirty. Cigarette stains on the tub and sink. Looked like black mold on the mirror. The bed was old and springy. I will never stay there again and I won't recommend.

I really didnt like anything about this hotel. I wont stay here again for sure.

Hotel was booked up. No microwave as advertised. No wifi as advertised. Door to room would not lock. Room was located in a seperate building where a door was just propped open, not secured at all.

Dirty room poor upkeep nasty carpet I would NEVER walk on barefoot

We did not like anything about this room. Shower not working,light bulbs missing had to go ask for one. Floor soaking wet around air unit. No closet or place to hang clothes.No water cups again had to go ask for some. Over paid for such a bad room.

Bathroom floor tiles were broken (hole in floor), tub was cracked, lamp light was blown, the fire alarm was hanging from the ceiling, painting of room was not professionally done, breakfast was not what we expected

Staff helpfull. It is not the cleanest. carpet floors are gross.
