The staff was amazing through the whole stay

When we arrived there was stains and dirt on bed. Floor was so dirty that when I wiped water off floor the towel was black. Elevator inspection is expired and it is slow. Front desk didn?t have extra towels so they had to go to a spare room to get us some

Everything- Nasty floors, mold in AC Unit, hair dryer did not work, shower was dirty.

The pillows were garbage neck and back was hurting from them thin pillows

The room had ants and roaches in it and the hotel staff responded by giving me a can of bug spray. Also they did not clean the room well. They didnt clean the room at all until I made a complaint to their corporate office.

Nice and quiet stay forthe price.

Wifi was terrible the entire stay. T.v. options were minimal. All the old mattresses and garbage all the the property.

The lady at the front desk was very nice. The room was clean and the bed was soft.

The shower curtain didn¿t work very well so the floor got very wet while we were in the shower so we had to use the towels to dry the floor and when we went to the front desk to get more, they only had pool towels left and no more small towels to actually

If you are NOT extremely knowledgeable about Hinesville GA, the hotel is difficult to get to. My google maps took me there eventually after taking me through the parking lot of the strip mall next door!!

Wonderful front desk personal for most of the trip she was exceptional, very attentive. The other night personnel not so much

Cleanliness- Floors in rooms were dirty, hallways needed to be vacuumed, floor in elevator was dirty. We were not told they don't change our sheets in the room or give us clean towels unless we put them outside the door??

Everything..there were roaches, the room stanked,the air-conditioning smelled.. there was furniture headboards and mattresses against the wall in the hallway outside my room, furniture was piled outside at the entrance.bad experience

Nothing good about this hotel. It was awful. But the front desk clerk was friendly and understanding of us not wanting to stay there.

Hotel was under renovations. Furniture in every hall and outside the main entrance and in breakfast room. Room was dirty, fridge was rusted couch and bed stained. Very unclean. We left and refused to stay. It was an awful experience!

Room was visibly dirty. Floor has previous guests hair ties on floor. Dirt was on floor. Shower and bathroom Had roaches no towels. Everytime I asked for towels they said they ran out.

It was not clean. We had to ask for wash cloths and towels. We had to ask for toilet tissue and we saw roaches.

The price was a little high for a older hotel but everything worked and it was clean just older. The breakfast was good and hot.

The pictures don¿t look like what the hotel looks like. It could use some painting and new carpet. But by far was not the worst hotel I stayed in. It is a 2 star and you get what u pay for.

I had to be switched to another room because the room I was given was infested with roaches and it also was roaches in the dining area Doring breakfast time

I usually try not to leave bad reviews but they asked for it. Bed fell as soon were my employee sat on it, come to find out the bed was balancing on books. Fridge has allot of rust on top of it. Front desk lady had a major attitude problem.

Absolutely!! Had to change rooms:first room still had residue of contraceptives/no washcloths let alone towels/lock was broken.. 2 room did have towels. A little cleaner. But, we were next to housekeeping told that was the only available room.

Refrigerator didn¿t work. Tv was only 1/2 on and screen kept freezing. Then toilet didn¿t refill. They told me I had to take the top off the tank and push the gray button down. You have got to be kidding. Do not stay here. Exhaust fan broke .

They should pay me to stay there.

I didn't like anything about the hotel. Room had to be changed twice due to being dirty. The best thing I can say about this hotel is do not stay here. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else!

The rooms were dirty,the cleaning staff did not even change out dirty towels, rooms are dated, popcorn ceiling was poorly patched, rooms smelled like mildew. Awful, awful place,do not stay here period!
